kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve geni\u015f uygulama yelpazesi ile karakterize edilen \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir termoplastiktir. Optik ve dekoratif uygulamalarda PMMA, hem optik \u00f6zellikler hem de i\u015fleme ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan geleneksel cama g\u00f6re bir\u00e7ok avantaja sahiptir. Zincir yap\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenli kristalle\u015fmeyi \u00f6nler; bu nedenle malzeme yar\u0131 kristal polimerler gibi klasik kristalli\u011fe sahip de\u011fildir (\u00f6rn. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/tr\/applikationen\/polimerler\/lfa-l51-polietilen-pe-termal-difuezivite\/\"><strong>polietilen<\/strong><\/a>). Bu amorf yap\u0131, malzemenin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc optik netli\u011finden ve homojenli\u011finden b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sorumludur (Lin vd., 2021). Bu ba\u011flamda, cam\u0131n da amorf bir malzeme oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r, bu da her iki malzemenin y\u00fcksek \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klar ve &#8220;akrilik cam&#8221; terimini teknik olarak anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lar. Di\u011fer polimerlerle kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlarda (\u00f6rn. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/tr\/bilgi\/pvdf-poliviniliden-floruer-farmasoetik-ve-tibbi-uygulamalar-icin-yueksek-performansli-polimerler\/\"><strong>PVDF<\/strong><\/a>), PMMA&#8217;n\u0131n molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k gradyan\u0131 bu t\u00fcr kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n kristalizasyonunu ve mikroyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 etkiler. Cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f, kristalle\u015fme ve molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f ve SAXS\/DSC gibi modern y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131larak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.      <\/p><p>PMMA&#8217;n\u0131n neredeyse tamamen amorf yap\u0131s\u0131, malzemenin mekanik ve optik \u00f6zellikleri \u00fczerinde belirleyici bir etkiye sahiptir. Amorf yap\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle PMMA esnek, darbeye dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve kal\u0131planabilirdir. Yar\u0131 kristal polimerlerde oldu\u011fu gibi malzemeyi sert ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan hale getirecek kristal lamellere sahip de\u011fildir. Amorf paketleme, e\u015fit y\u00fck da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla iyi mekanik s\u00f6n\u00fcmleme ve kopma uzamas\u0131 sa\u011flar. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, kristal polimerler genellikle daha serttir ancak \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde daha k\u0131r\u0131lgand\u0131r.    <\/p><p>PMMA&#8217;n\u0131n y\u00fcksek optik safl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fi do\u011frudan amorf, d\u00fczenli yap\u0131s\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Yar\u0131 kristal plastiklerde oldu\u011fu gibi kristal alanlar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131r ve malzemeyi bulan\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. PMMA&#8217;n\u0131n %92&#8217;ye varan \u015feffafl\u0131\u011fa ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni budur &#8211; bu da onu en \u015feffaf plastiklerden biri yapar ve optik uygulamalar i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden belirlenmi\u015ftir. Daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/tr\/bilgi\/kristallesme-tc-sirasinda-ne-olur\/\"><strong>kristallik<\/strong><\/a>optik \u00f6zellikler ve darbe dayan\u0131m\u0131 o kadar iyi olur.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac9afd3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"ac9afd3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b982d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1b982d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve termal \u00f6zellikler<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4a32ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"a4a32ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5df331d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5df331d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PMMA&#8217;n\u0131n klasik bir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/tr\/bilgi\/polimerlerde-erime-noktasi-kristallesme-ve-camsi-gecis\/\"><strong>erime noktas\u0131<\/strong><\/a>ama bir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/tr\/bilgi\/cam-gecis-sicakligi\/\"><strong>cam ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Tg)<\/strong><\/a>Bu de\u011fer, molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa ve modifikasyona ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak genellikle 85-105\u00b0C aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndad\u0131r. Teknik olarak ilgili PMMA kaliteleri, \u00f6zellikle hedeflenen kopolimerizasyon veya dolgu maddelerinin eklenmesiyle yakla\u015f\u0131k 165\u00b0C&#8217;ye kadar Tg de\u011ferlerine ula\u015f\u0131r. Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlarda, molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k artt\u0131k\u00e7a cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f daha y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara kayar ve bu da termomekanik \u00f6zellikleri etkiler.  <\/p><p>Cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 PMMA&#8217;n\u0131n termal stabilitesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir parametredir. Amorf polimerin sert, cam benzeri bir halden yumu\u015fak, kau\u00e7uk benzeri bir hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131cakl\u0131k aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlar. S\u0131cakl\u0131k Tg&#8217;nin alt\u0131ndaysa, malzeme boyutsal olarak stabil kal\u0131r ve mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini korur &#8211; bu nedenle PMMA bir\u00e7ok teknik uygulama i\u00e7in termal olarak diren\u00e7li bir malzeme olarak da uygundur.  <\/p><p>S\u0131cakl\u0131k cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015far a\u015fmaz, molek\u00fcler zincirlerin hareketlili\u011fi \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artar, bu da sertlik ve boyutsal kararl\u0131l\u0131kta \u00f6nemli bir azalmaya yol a\u00e7ar. Malzeme &#8220;akmaya&#8221; ba\u015flar ve mekanik b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaybeder &#8211; termal stabilite etkili bir \u015fekilde sadece Tg&#8217;ye kadar mevcuttur. Uzun s\u00fcreli uygulamalar i\u00e7in, g\u00fcvenlik nedenleriyle genellikle daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maksimum uygulama s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nerilir (yakla\u015f\u0131k 75\u00b0C s\u00fcrekli kullan\u0131m).  <\/p><p>Saf PMMA yakla\u015f\u0131k 80\u00b0C&#8217;ye kadar \u0131s\u0131ya dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r; bu de\u011fer hedeflenen kopolimerizasyon, dolgu entegrasyonu veya nano takviye yoluyla \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131r\u0131labilir (122\u00b0C&#8217;ye kadar Tg ve bozulma ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 &gt;340\u00b0C m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr). Bu nedenle PMMA genel olarak \u00e7o\u011fu ortam ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u0131s\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in uygundur, ancak y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda s\u00fcrekli kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in camdan daha az uygundur.
