Toz metalurjisi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri end\u00fcstriyel standart olarak kendini kabul ettirmi\u015ftir ve g\u00f6zeneklili\u011fin, yap\u0131n\u0131n ve ala\u015f\u0131m bile\u015fiminin hedeflenen \u015fekilde ayarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar (3). <\/p><p>Modern toz metal\u00fcrjisi \u00e7e\u015fitleri \u00f6nemli avantajlar sunmaktad\u0131r:<\/p><ul><li>\u00c7ok yo\u011fun, ince eklemli malzemeler i\u00e7in S\u0131cak \u0130zostatik Presleme (HIP)<\/li><li>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck i\u015fleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip Spark Plazma Sinterleme (SPS)<\/li><li>Prosesle ilgili oksijen al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n en aza indirilmesi<\/li><li>Presleme ve sinterleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda minimum kay\u0131p nedeniyle y\u00fcksek malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p>Bu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/tr\/?p=112692\"><strong>eklemeli \u00fcretim<\/strong><\/a> Lazer toz yata\u011f\u0131 f\u00fczyonu veya elektron \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 eritme kullanarak refrakter ala\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n i\u015flenmesi, karma\u015f\u0131k geometriler ve \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bile\u015fenler i\u00e7in potansiyel sunmaktad\u0131r. Optimize edilmi\u015f atmosferler veya yerinde reaksiyon kontrol\u00fc gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7 kontrol\u00fcndeki geli\u015fmeler, uygulama s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak zorlamaktad\u0131r (4). Bu yenilik\u00e7i malzemeler, kendilerini geleneksel ala\u015f\u0131mlardan ay\u0131ran ve y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k teknolojisinde yeni olanaklar sunan karakteristik \u00f6zellikler sergilemektedir. <\/p><p>RHEA, \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek akma gerilmeleri ve ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc korozyon direnci sergileyen tek fazl\u0131, kat\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerin tercih edilen olu\u015fumuyla karakterize edilir. Radyasyona kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7leri \u00f6zellikle dikkat \u00e7ekicidir, bu da onlar\u0131 n\u00fckleer uygulamalar i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden belirler ve radyasyon hasar\u0131 durumunda kendi kendini iyile\u015ftirme \u00f6zellikleri vard\u0131r.
