teknikleri geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. <br><strong>WBGS<\/strong>, geleneksel yar\u0131 iletkenler ve yal\u0131tkanlar aras\u0131nda yer alan elektronik \u00f6zelliklere sahiptir ve silikon ve galyum
