DSC (Diferansiyel Taramal\u0131 Kalorimetri) ile oksidasyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn arkas\u0131ndaki prensip, oksidasyon reaksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ekzotermik do\u011fas\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r.<br>DSC&#8217;de oksidasyon izotermal veya izotermal olmayan \u015fekilde incelenebilir. \u0130zotermal oksidasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in, DSC numune potas\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sabit bir s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa ayarlan\u0131r ve numunenin oksidasyonu zaman i\u00e7inde izlenir.  <\/p><p>Oksidasyonun ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 tipik olarak DSC e\u011frisinde ekzotermik bir pikin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla g\u00f6sterilir; bu pik, numune oksitlenirken \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelir. Pikin olu\u015ftu\u011fu s\u0131cakl\u0131k oksidasyon ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (OOT) olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p><p>Y\u00f6ntem \u015eekil 2&#8217;de g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Oksidasyon i\u00e7in aktivasyon enerjisi, farkl\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda oksidasyon ind\u00fcksiyon s\u00fcresi (OIT) veya oksidasyon ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (OOT) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerek ve veriler bir Arrhenius diyagram\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7izilerek belirlenebilir. <br><br>Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7izginin e\u011fimi, oksidasyon i\u00e7in aktivasyon enerjisini hesaplamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. DSC e\u011frisi, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, pik s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve oksidasyon \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 gibi oksidasyonla ilgili \u00e7e\u015fitli parametreleri belirlemek i\u00e7in analiz edilebilir. <\/p><p>Hem OIT hem de OOT, malzemelerin oksidasyon kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli parametrelerdir ve \u00f6zellikle polimerlerde antioksidanlar\u0131n etkinli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir.<br><br>Daha uzun OIT veya daha y\u00fcksek OOT, daha y\u00fcksek oksidatif stabilite ve bozunmaya kar\u015f\u0131 direnci g\u00f6sterir.
