Dilatometre, 1600 \u00b0C&#8217;ye kadar s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda ve y\u00fcksek vakumda (yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 E-5 mbar) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yapabilecek \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Geleneksel s\u0131cak faz mikroskoplar\u0131nda, art\u0131k oksijenin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle y\u00fczey oksidasyonu meydana gelir ve bu da alt tabakan\u0131n lehim taraf\u0131ndan \u0131slat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engeller veya yanl\u0131\u015f test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar.
