Nanoelektronik, pil teknolojisi, t\u0131p teknolojisi ve enerji end\u00fcstrisi gibi alanlarda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar.  Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc fiziksel \u00f6zellikleri, geleneksel malzemelerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemeyecek uygulamalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Nanomalzemelerin \u00f6zellikle dikkate de\u011fer bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f uzamsal boyutlar\u0131 nedeniyle genellikle y\u0131\u011f\u0131n malzemelerden farkl\u0131 davranan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgroessen\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/\">termal iletkenlikleridir<\/a> <\/strong>. Bu durum, termal y\u00f6netim sistemlerinin verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, termoelektrik malzemeler ve y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 bile\u015fenlerin \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 gibi yeni uygulama alanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. <\/p><p>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck numune hacimleri, genellikle heterojen malzeme yap\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00f6zel aray\u00fcz etkileri nedeniyle, termal \u00f6zelliklerin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesine y\u00f6nelik geleneksel y\u00f6ntemler genellikle her zaman uygulanabilir de\u011fildir ve \u00f6zel bir zorluk te\u015fkil eder. Bu y\u00f6ntem termal dif\u00fczivite hakk\u0131nda bilgi sa\u011flar.     <br><br>Bu y\u00f6ntem kompakt numuneler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok uygundur, ancak zaman gecikmeli s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tespit s\u00fcresi, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck numune kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle yal\u0131tkan malzemelerde bile metrolojik bir zorluk olu\u015fturdu\u011fundan, nanoyap\u0131l\u0131 malzemelerde s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>Di\u011fer bir y\u00f6ntem ise, bir numune i\u00e7indeki \u0131s\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in sabit bir \u0131s\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131 kullanan <strong>plaka cihaz\u0131 y\u00f6ntemidir<\/strong>. Bununla birlikte, aray\u00fczey etkilerini d\u0131\u015flamak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir numune kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerektirir. Bu da nanomalzemeler i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir.
