Bir malzemenin termal enerjiyi iletim yoluyla ta\u015f\u0131ma kabiliyetini tan\u0131mlar ve tipik olarak metre ba\u015f\u0131na watt ve Kelvin (W\/m-K) cinsinden ifade edilir. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc anizotropi, \u00f6rne\u011fin g\u00fc\u00e7 transist\u00f6rleri gibi lokalize \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretimi olan uygulamalarda kritik bir darbo\u011faz haline gelebilir.  <\/p><p>Polimerler genellikle temel formlar\u0131nda \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir termal iletkenli\u011fe sahiptir (&lt;0,3 W\/m-K), ancak termal olarak iletken dolgu maddelerinin hedeflenen entegrasyonu yoluyla optimizasyon i\u00e7in muazzam bir potansiyel sunar. Ali ve di\u011ferleri (2021) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan genel bak\u0131\u015f, polimerlerin karbon fiberlerle (CF) takviye edilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7e\u015fitli yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ve bunun \u0131s\u0131 transferi \u00f6zellikleri \u00fczerindeki etkisini g\u00f6stermektedir. Liflerin t\u00fcr\u00fc, miktar\u0131 ve oryantasyonu, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan termal iletkenlik \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli bir etkiye sahiptir.   <\/p><p>Bir ba\u015fka konsept ise elmas par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 ve karbon fiberlerin epoksi matris i\u00e7inde bir araya getirilmesidir. Bu, elektrik yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tehlikeye atmadan termal iletkenlikte \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f sa\u011flayan yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde paketlenmi\u015f, iki boyutlu iletken bir a\u011f olu\u015fturur (Zheng, J., vd., 2024).
