Kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 5 nm ile 25 \u00b5m aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen katmanlar\u0131n hassas bir \u015fekilde incelenmesini sa\u011flar. Y\u00fczey etkile\u015fimleri, tane s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 sa\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 veya niceleme gibi karma\u015f\u0131k etkiler bile ger\u00e7ek malzeme sistemlerinde \u00f6zel olarak kaydedilebilir.
