Polimerdeki C-F ba\u011flar\u0131 bilinen en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kimyasal ba\u011flar aras\u0131ndad\u0131r ve karbon omurgas\u0131n\u0131n flor atomlar\u0131yla tamamen kaplanmas\u0131yla etkili bir \u015fekilde korunur (Wikipedia, 2025). Bu yo\u011fun &#8220;koruyucu kalkan&#8221; molek\u00fcler zincirleri kimyasal sald\u0131r\u0131lara ve termal strese kar\u015f\u0131 stabilize eder ve \u00e7evreyle istenmeyen etkile\u015fimleri \u00f6nler.  <\/p><p><b>PTFE <\/b>yar\u0131 kristal yap\u0131dad\u0131r ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/kristallisation-und-rekristallisation-von-polymeren\/\"><strong>kristallik derecesi<\/strong><\/a> Tipik olarak %50-90 &#8211; teknik kaliteler yakla\u015f\u0131k %90 de\u011ferlerine bile ula\u015f\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re amorf oran sadece %10 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ana polimer telindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Tg, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc esneklik sa\u011flar &#8211; <b>PTFE <\/b>s\u0131v\u0131 helyumda bile s\u00fcnek kal\u0131r.  <\/p><p>Bu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/vermessung-der-thermischen-stabilitaet\/\"><strong>termal kararl\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong><\/a> 200\u00b0C ila 260\u00b0C aras\u0131ndaki s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir, bu sayede erime aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na kadar k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli maksimum s\u0131cakl\u0131klar m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Sadece amonyaktaki alkali metaller ve y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda florlama ortam\u0131 gibi \u00e7ok reaktif indirgeyici maddeler istisnad\u0131r (pro-K, 2020).  <\/p><p>Mekanik olarak, <b>PTFE <\/b>olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck y\u00fczey enerjisi ile karakterize edilir, bu da t\u00fcm m\u00fchendislik plastikleri aras\u0131nda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r &#8211; genellikle &#8220;\u0131slak buz \u00fczerinde \u0131slak buz gibi kayma&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r (Klein, 2005). Tipik Shore D sertli\u011fi 50-72, gerilme mukavemeti 22-40 N\/mm\u00b2 ve yo\u011funlu\u011fu 2,1-2,3 g\/cm\u00b3&#8217;t\u00fcr. Dolgusuz <b>PTFE <\/b>en y\u00fcksek kimyasal direnci ve en iyi kayma \u00f6zelliklerini sunar. En \u00f6nemli i\u015fleme y\u00f6ntemleri aras\u0131nda <b>PTFE tozunun<\/b> y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 alt\u0131nda bir noz\u00fclden ge\u00e7irilerek preslendi\u011fi ram ekstr\u00fczyon ve \u00f6nceden kal\u0131planm\u0131\u015f par\u00e7alar\u0131n erime aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hemen alt\u0131ndaki s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sinterleme yer almaktad\u0131r (Klein, 2005).
