Cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f, kristalle\u015fme veya erime noktas\u0131 gibi termal ge\u00e7i\u015flerin, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle bir plasti\u011fin i\u015flenmesi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in belirleyici olan \u00f6zelliklerin tam olarak belirlenmesini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar. <\/p><p>Bu, her plasti\u011fin ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde davranmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu yap\u0131, kristalin bir d\u00fczen durumuna izin vermez. Tipik temsilciler \u015funlard\u0131r <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/polystyrol-ps-eine-detaillierte-betrachtung\/\">polistiren (PS)<\/a><\/strong>polikarbonat (PC) ve polimetil metakrilat (PMMA). Amorf polimerler, klasik anlamda bir erime noktas\u0131na sahip olmamalar\u0131 ile karakterize edilirler. Bunun yerine, bir cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Tg) sergilerler &#8211; malzemenin cams\u0131 bir durumdan kau\u00e7uksu bir duruma ge\u00e7ti\u011fi aral\u0131k. DSC grafi\u011fi bu ge\u00e7i\u015fi taban \u00e7izgisinde bir basamak veya b\u00fck\u00fclme olarak g\u00f6sterir.     <\/p><p>Yar\u0131 kristal polimerler ise d\u00fczenli (kristal) ve d\u00fczensiz (amorf) alanlar\u0131n bir kombinasyonundan olu\u015fur. Tipik temsilcileri <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/polyethylen-hoher-dichte-hdpe-ein-vertiefter-blick\/\">polietilen (PE)<\/a>,<\/strong> polipropilen (PP) ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/polyamide-ein-einblick\/\">poliamiddir (PA<\/a>). Cam ge\u00e7i\u015fine ek olarak (genellikle fark edilmesi zordur), DSC&#8217;de belirgin kristalle\u015fme ve erime zirveleri g\u00f6sterirler. Ancak tekrarlanabilir, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir ve yorumlanabilir sonu\u00e7lar elde etmek i\u00e7in standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f spesifikasyonlara tam olarak uyulmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. ISO 11357 ve ASTM D3418 standartlar\u0131 bunun i\u00e7in net talimatlar sa\u011flar.  <\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Is\u0131tma ve so\u011futma h\u0131z\u0131: Standartlar, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm s\u00fcresi, hassasiyet ve termal denge aras\u0131nda iyi bir uzla\u015fma sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in genellikle 10 K\/dk&#8217;l\u0131k do\u011frusal bir h\u0131z \u00f6nermektedir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcksek h\u0131zlar tepe noktalar\u0131n\u0131 bula\u015ft\u0131rabilirken, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck h\u0131zlar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri gereksiz yere uzatabilir. <\/li><li>Kalibrasyon: Kalibrasyon, ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 ve entalpileri kesin olarak belgelenmi\u015f olan indiyum, kalay veya kur\u015fun gibi referans malzemeler kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Kalibrasyon d\u00fczenli olarak &#8211; ideal olarak y\u0131lda bir &#8211; ve belirli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/li><li>Numune haz\u0131rlama: \u0130deal numune k\u00fctlesi 5-10 mg&#8217;d\u0131r. PE gibi kurutulmam\u0131\u015f bir numune, buharla\u015fan nem nedeniyle ~100 \u00b0C&#8217;de belirgin bir pik gibi artefaktlar \u00fcretebilir. Bu etki 80 \u00b0C&#8217;de vakum alt\u0131nda kurutma ile ortadan kalkar.  <\/li><li>Atmosfer: \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm, oksidasyonu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in genellikle nitrojen alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Baz\u0131 testler i\u00e7in oksijen kullan\u0131labilir (\u00f6rn. OIT).
