(PPS)<\/strong>, s\u00fclf\u00fcr atomlar\u0131 ile birbirine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f benzen halkalar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan benzersiz bir yap\u0131ya sahip, k\u0131smen aromatik, yar\u0131 kristal bir polimerdir (Aoki vd., 2023). Bu \u00f6zel molek\u00fcler mimari, malzemeye ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6zellikler kazand\u0131rarak onu modern end\u00fcstrideki en \u00f6nemli y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 plastiklerden biri haline getirmektedir. <\/p><p>Bu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/kristallisation-und-rekristallisation-von-polymeren\/\"><strong>kristallik<\/strong> <\/a>PPS&#8217;nin performans\u0131 \u00fczerinde belirleyici bir rol oynar. Tipik kristallik dereceleri, i\u015fleme, dolgu maddeleri ve katk\u0131 maddelerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak %30-50 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r (Aoki vd., 2023). Bu aral\u0131k, PPS&#8217;nin oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sert ve boyutsal olarak kararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu, ancak cams\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde giderek daha elastik hale geldi\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir. Plastik, UV radyasyonuna kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkisizdir ve y\u00fczde 0,1&#8217;in alt\u0131nda \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir su emilimine sahiptir, bu da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7evresel ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda bile boyutsal ve boyutsal kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u00e7izmektedir. <\/p><p>Homopolimer PPS&#8217;ye ek olarak, \u00f6zel gereksinimlere g\u00f6re \u00f6zel olarak uyarlanm\u0131\u015f \u00e7ok say\u0131da varyant vard\u0131r.
