<\/strong>i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve evrensel olarak uygulanabilir bir ara\u00e7 haline gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm tekni\u011fi, hem termal ta\u015f\u0131ma \u00f6zellikleri hem de numune geometrisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli numunelere uygulanabilir. Ayr\u0131ca, numunelerin yanal taranmas\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr, bu da konumun bir fonksiyonu olarak termal iletkenli\u011fin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesini sa\u011flar. Bu metal film optik bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcr, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu metal tabakan\u0131n yans\u0131t\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklik, s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm i\u00e7in, numunenin y\u00fczeyindeki bir noktay\u0131 lokal olarak \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir birincil lazer (pompa lazeri) kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve metal filmin yans\u0131t\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler nedeniyle bu noktan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 ikinci bir lazer (prob lazeri) kullan\u0131larak okunur.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p><strong>Veri analizi<\/strong> daha sonra silindirik koordinatlarda \u0131s\u0131 iletim denkleminin analitik bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. \u0130lgili katmanlar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131ma \u00f6zelliklerinin belirlenmesi tipik olarak serbest parametrelerin uydurulmas\u0131yla, model taraf\u0131ndan tahmin edilen termal tepki ile deneyde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen numunenin termal tepkisi aras\u0131ndaki sapman\u0131n en aza indirilmesiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Serbest parametreler, \u00f6rne\u011fin termal iletkenlik gibi numunenin bilinmeyen \u0131s\u0131 transfer \u00f6zellikleridir.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"blank_spacer col-sm-12 \"> <\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p><strong> TDTR&#8217;yi g\u00fcnl\u00fck uygulamada<\/strong> kullan\u0131rken, lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n istenmeyen da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k sa\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm i\u00e7in paraziti \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in numune y\u00fczeyinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p><p>TDTR \u00e7o\u011funlukla kal\u0131nl\u0131k y\u00f6n\u00fcnde, yani y\u00fczeye dik termal iletkenli\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7mek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. S\u00fcper kafes yap\u0131lar, dokulu polikristal filmler veya anizotropik kristaller gibi termal olarak anizotropik malzemeler i\u00e7in, d\u00fczlemdeki termal iletkenlik bilgisinin de \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi gereken yerlerde, d\u00fczlemdeki \u0131s\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131m\u0131, yanl\u0131\u015f hizalama yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir. Ancak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm do\u011frulu\u011fu azal\u0131r.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>ND:YAG veya Ti:safir lazerler genellikle TDTR kurulumlar\u0131 i\u00e7in &#8220;pompa lazerleri&#8221; olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Lazer, metal katman\u0131 (d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olarak da bilinir) ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla alttaki numune katman\u0131n\u0131 yerel olarak \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in optik bir darbe \u00fcretir. S\u0131cakl\u0131k sinyalini okumak i\u00e7in, yerel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetmek \u00fczere prob lazeri olarak bir s\u00fcrekli dalga lazeri (CW lazer) kullan\u0131l\u0131r.
