desempenho em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/applikationen\/automovel-aeroespacial\/\"><strong>aeroespacial<\/strong><\/a>gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de turbinas e reactores. Devido \u00e0 sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o complexa e multicomponente, apresentam combina\u00e7\u00f5es \u00fanicas de elevada resist\u00eancia, temperatura e resist\u00eancia \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/tempo-e-temperatura-de-inducao-da-oxidacao\/\"><strong>resist\u00eancia \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; mas, ao mesmo tempo, s\u00e3o extremamente dif\u00edceis de caraterizar. Em contraste com as ligas cl\u00e1ssicas com um elemento de base dominante (por exemplo, Ni, Co ou Fe, metal condutor), as propriedades das HEAs s\u00e3o determinadas pela mistura e pelo efeito de entropia de v\u00e1rios elementos (Odetola et al., 2024). A elevada entropia configuracional estabiliza frequentemente fases simples de solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas (FCC, BCC, HCP) e conduz a uma variedade de &#8220;efeitos nucleares&#8221;, tais como forte distor\u00e7\u00e3o da rede, difus\u00e3o lenta e efeitos sin\u00e9rgicos de propriedades (&#8220;efeito cocktail&#8221;).<\/p><p>As HEAs s\u00e3o particularmente interessantes para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de alto desempenho porque oferecem um equil\u00edbrio excecional de resist\u00eancia, tenacidade, estabilidade de temperatura e, muitas vezes, tamb\u00e9m uma melhor resist\u00eancia \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e ao desgaste (Odetola et al., 2024; Liu et al., 2023). Sem uma an\u00e1lise t\u00e9rmica s\u00f3lida, as transi\u00e7\u00f5es de fase, as gamas de estabilidade e o comportamento de rea\u00e7\u00e3o dificilmente podem ser previstos de forma fi\u00e1vel. A an\u00e1lise t\u00e9rmica fornece, portanto, a base para uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o fi\u00e1vel do material e para a valida\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos termodin\u00e2micos (CALPHAD, c\u00e1lculos de entropia) (Odetola et al., 2024).  <\/p><p>A depend\u00eancia da temperatura da estabilidade da fase e do comportamento de difus\u00e3o \u00e9 particularmente cr\u00edtica para os HEAs:<\/p><ul><li><strong>A estabilidade das fases<\/strong> nas HEAs \u00e9 largamente dominada pela contribui\u00e7\u00e3o da entropia; com o aumento da temperatura, as solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas simples estabilizam-se frequentemente \u00e0 custa de fases intermet\u00e1licas complexas ou de Laves (Odetola et al., 2024).<\/li><li><strong>O comportamento de difus\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 significativamente retardado nos HEAs (&#8220;difus\u00e3o lenta&#8221;), o que favorece a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de nanoprecipitados finos e est\u00e1veis e uma elevada estabilidade \u00e0 flu\u00eancia (Odetola et al., 2024).<\/li><li>O <strong>comportamento da rea\u00e7\u00e3o e a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> dependem fortemente da temperatura, da atmosfera e da composi\u00e7\u00e3o; a an\u00e1lise t\u00e9rmica sob g\u00e1s inerte ou ar fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es decisivas sobre os processos de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o (por exemplo, atrav\u00e9s de medi\u00e7\u00f5es STA).<\/li><\/ul><p>A estabilidade t\u00e9rmica pode ser determinada sem an\u00e1lise t\u00e9rmica, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/mede-a-transicao-de-fase-com-dsc\/\"><strong>o comportamento das fases<\/strong><\/a> e, portanto, tamb\u00e9m as janelas de processo para fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, tratamento t\u00e9rmico ou fabrico aditivo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/fabrico-avancado-de-aditivos-com-analise-termica\/\"><strong>fabrico aditivo<\/strong><\/a> n\u00e3o podem ser definidas de forma fi\u00e1vel &#8211; n\u00e3o \u00e9 ent\u00e3o poss\u00edvel uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o fi\u00e1vel do material (Odetola et al., 2024).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72b4575 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"72b4575\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b982d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1b982d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">M\u00e9todos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o relevantes para os HEAs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92f5197 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"92f5197\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5df331d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5df331d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Calorimetria Explorat\u00f3ria Diferencial (DSC)<\/h3><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/equipamentos\/dsc-calorimetria-de-varrimento-diferencial\/\"><strong>DSC<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9 uma t\u00e9cnica fundamental para a determina\u00e7\u00e3o de transi\u00e7\u00f5es de fase, curvas de fus\u00e3o e solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como da capacidade t\u00e9rmica em HEAs. A metalurgia dos HEAs mostra frequentemente v\u00e1rias sobreposi\u00e7\u00f5es de transforma\u00e7\u00f5es de fase (por exemplo, FCC-\u2194-BCC, forma\u00e7\u00e3o ou dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o de fases Laves ou \u03b3&#8217;), que aparecem nas curvas DSC como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/reaccoes-endotermicas-vs-reaccoes-exotermicas\/\"><strong>picos endot\u00e9rmicos ou exot\u00e9rmicos<\/strong><\/a> (Odetola et al., 2024; Liu et al., 2023). <\/p><p>Atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o das curvas DSC, a capacidade t\u00e9rmica molar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/variaveis-medidas\/capacidade-termica-especifica\/\"><strong>molar<\/strong><\/a> que, por sua vez, fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a entropia t\u00e9rmica e a estabilidade das fases da solu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida (Odetola et al., 2024). A carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em DSC tamb\u00e9m apoia a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de par\u00e2metros para processos de tratamento t\u00e9rmico (recozimento, envelhecimento) e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de temperaturas de recozimento de solu\u00e7\u00e3o para as fases \u03b3&#8217; ou Laves (Liu et al., 2023). <\/p><h3>An\u00e1lise t\u00e9rmica simult\u00e2nea (STA \/ TGA-DSC)<\/h3><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/equipamentos\/analise-termica\/sta-analise-termica-simultanea\/\"><strong>Medi\u00e7\u00f5es STA<\/strong><\/a> (combinadas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/equipamentos\/tga-termogravimetria\/\"><strong>termogravimetria<\/strong><\/a> e an\u00e1lise calorim\u00e9trica) fornecem dados de massa e calor ao mesmo tempo e s\u00e3o \u00fateis para avaliar a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/medicao-da-estabilidade-termica\/\"><strong>estabilidade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><\/a> estabilidade t\u00e9rmica e o comportamento de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o dos HEAs. Nos HEAs, a massa (por exemplo, devido a reac\u00e7\u00f5es de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o ou decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o) e o estado de fase mudam frequentemente na mesma gama de temperaturas, pelo que uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o acoplada facilita muito a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o (Odetola et al., 2024; Liu et al., 2023). <\/p><p>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00edpicas da STA:<\/p><ul><li>Determina\u00e7\u00e3o dos <strong>pontos de partida da oxida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e da <strong>perda de massa<\/strong> a altas temperaturas (por exemplo, 800-1200 \u00b0C).<\/li><li>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>efeitos de decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o ou dessor\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, por exemplo, em revestimentos ou ligas de baixo teor de \u00f3xido.<\/li><li>Determina\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>estabilidade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> e das <strong>temperaturas de equil\u00edbrio<\/strong> para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de fases.<\/li><\/ul><p>O STA fornece assim uma base de dados direta para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de atmosferas de g\u00e1s de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ou de ar nos processos de fabrico e de opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h3>An\u00e1lise de flash laser (LFA)<\/h3><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/equipamentos\/condutividade-termica\/lfa-analisador-de-flash-a-laser\/\"><strong>an\u00e1lise de flash laser<\/strong><\/a> permite a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da difusividade t\u00e9rmica e &#8211; derivada desta &#8211; da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/variaveis-medidas\/condutividade-termica\/\"><strong>condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><\/a> numa vasta gama de temperaturas. As HEAs mostram frequentemente misturas invulgares de condutividade t\u00e9rmica moderada a baixa e elevada estabilidade mec\u00e2nica, o que \u00e9 particularmente interessante para o design t\u00e9rmico (Liu et al., 2023; Odetola et al., 2024). <\/p><p>O m\u00e9todo LFA \u00e9 particularmente adequado para amostras densas e homog\u00e9neas de HEA e fornece dados de entrada importantes para simula\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9rmicas:<\/p><ul><li><strong>A difusividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> descreve a rapidez com que um campo de temperatura \u00e9 estabelecido na amostra.<\/li><li><strong>A condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> (\u03bb) \u00e9 normalmente calculada a partir da difusividade, do calor espec\u00edfico e da densidade e \u00e9 decisiva para a conce\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias de arrefecimento (por exemplo, em p\u00e1s de turbinas ou componentes de reactores).<\/li><\/ul><p>A combina\u00e7\u00e3o de DSC (para cpc_pcp) e LFA (para \\(a\\)) permite uma carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o termof\u00edsica completa e dependente da temperatura dos HEAs.<\/p><h3>Dilatometria<\/h3><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/equipamentos\/dilatometro\/\"><strong>dilatometria<\/strong><\/a> mede a mudan\u00e7a no comprimento das amostras de HEA com a temperatura e, assim, fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es diretas sobre a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/determinacao-da-densidade-cte\/\"><strong>expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica (CTE)<\/strong><\/a> e transforma\u00e7\u00f5es de fase. calcular a entropia t\u00e9rmica e a energia de Gibbs (Odetola et al., 2024).<\/li><li><strong>A expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica (CTE)<\/strong> \u00e9 dependente da frequ\u00eancia e da tens\u00e3o e pode diferir muito das ligas convencionais em HEAs.<\/li><li><strong>A resist\u00eancia \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 largamente determinada pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o de camadas de \u00f3xido e tubagens de alta temperatura; a sua combina\u00e7\u00e3o de alta resist\u00eancia e superf\u00edcie resistente \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 vantajosa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s superligas cl\u00e1ssicas (Liu et al., 2023).<\/li><li><strong>Tecnologia nuclear<\/strong>: A estrutura est\u00e1vel \u00e0 temperatura e \u00e0 radia\u00e7\u00e3o de muitos HEAs e a sua maior resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o em ambientes agressivos tornam-nos interessantes para o revestimento de combust\u00edvel e componentes estruturais (Odetola et al., 2024).<\/li><li><strong>Revestimentos resistentes ao desgaste<\/strong>: Os revestimentos HEA apresentam uma excelente estabilidade t\u00e9rmica e uma elevada resist\u00eancia ao desgaste, por
