de sinais devem ser controlados de forma fi\u00e1vel. O componente HFP interfere com a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/o-que-acontece-durante-a-cristalizacao-tc\/\"><strong>cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/o-ptfe-como-material-de-engenharia-de-alto-desempenho-propriedades-aplicacoes-e-perspectivas-futuras\/\"><strong>PTFE<\/strong><\/a>puro, o que leva a uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/transicao-de-fase-de-uma-substancia-fusao\/\"><strong>temperatura de fus\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a>cristalinidade moderada e maior flexibilidade em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o PTFE [3]. [ <sup>3]<\/sup> A cristalinidade tem uma influ\u00eancia significativa na rigidez, transpar\u00eancia e propriedades de barreira: Um teor mais elevado de cristais aumenta o m\u00f3dulo e a resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica, mas muitas vezes \u00e0 custa da clareza \u00f3tica. [ <sup>1,2]<\/sup> Nas medi\u00e7\u00f5es DSC, os graus de FEP mostram normalmente um pico de fus\u00e3o endot\u00e9rmico acentuado em torno de 260-270 \u00b0C na segunda curva de aquecimento, cuja \u00e1rea se correlaciona diretamente com o grau de cristalinidade. Na pr\u00e1tica, o ponto de fus\u00e3o relativamente baixo significa uma boa processabilidade termopl\u00e1stica &#8211; extrus\u00e3o, moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o e sopro de pel\u00edcula &#8211; sem comprometer significativamente a resist\u00eancia a altas temperaturas durante a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Em sistemas din\u00e2micos, como mangueiras, isolamento de cabos ou pel\u00edculas transparentes, isto permite a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes de paredes finas e formas complexas que podem ser operados sob cargas cont\u00ednuas at\u00e9 cerca de 200 \u00b0C.    <sup>[1]<\/sup><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c348815 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"c348815\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95aac46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"95aac46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Vasta gama de variantes: copol\u00edmeros, misturas e graus especiais<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6dd2e47 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"6dd2e47\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a18f69c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a18f69c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O FEP em si \u00e9 um copol\u00edmero (TFE\/HFP), mas est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel numa vasta gama de qualidades: desde qualidades de pel\u00edcula e tubos altamente transparentes a compostos modificados com carga e misturas de FEP com termopl\u00e1sticos de elevado desempenho, como o PEEK ou o PEI. Estudos sobre FEP\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/peek-polieter-eter-cetona-o-plastico-versatil-de-alto-desempenho-para-requisitos-extremos\/\"><strong>PEEK<\/strong><\/a>&#8211; e comp\u00f3sitos FEP\/PEI mostram que a cristalinidade, a rigidez mec\u00e2nica e a estabilidade t\u00e9rmica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/medicao-da-estabilidade-termica\/\"><strong>estabilidade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><\/a> podem ser especificamente alteradas &#8211; por exemplo, para atingir temperaturas de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mais elevadas ou uma melhor resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o. [ <sup>3]<\/sup> Existem tamb\u00e9m graus especiais para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es \u00f3pticas (transpar\u00eancia maximizada, n\u00edvel de gel estreito), para eletr\u00f3nica de alta frequ\u00eancia (perdas diel\u00e9ctricas optimizadas) e para sistemas de fluidos din\u00e2micos (flexibilidade e permeabilidade adaptadas).
