van\u00e1dio desempenham um papel fundamental em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es extremas na ind\u00fastria aeroespacial. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?post_type=applikationen&#038;p=104109\"><strong>aeroespacial<\/strong><\/a>tecnologia nuclear, ind\u00fastria de alta temperatura, tecnologia m\u00e9dica e eletr\u00f3nica (1). Estes materiais de elevado desempenho caracterizam-se por propriedades excepcionais que os tornam essenciais para as tecnologias inovadoras. <\/p><p>As carater\u00edsticas destas ligas incluem<\/p><ul><li>Especialmente adequado para temperaturas de funcionamento superiores a 1200 \u00b0C<\/li><li>Pontos de fus\u00e3o maioritariamente acima de 2000 \u00b0C<\/li><li>Elevada resist\u00eancia e excecional resist\u00eancia ao desgaste, deforma\u00e7\u00e3o e distor\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>Excelente resist\u00eancia \u00e0 temperatura e \u00e0 carga<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p>Apesar das suas propriedades excepcionais, estes materiais colocam grandes desafios aos investigadores e criadores. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?post_type=applikationen&#038;p=104264\"><strong>As ligas cl\u00e1ssicas<\/strong><\/a> como o MoNbTaW, apresentam frequentemente uma maquinabilidade deficiente, uma densidade elevada e, sobretudo, problemas de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o (2). Os processos de metalurgia do p\u00f3 estabeleceram-se como o padr\u00e3o industrial e permitem o ajuste direcionado da porosidade, da estrutura e da composi\u00e7\u00e3o da liga (3). <\/p><p>As variantes modernas da metalurgia do p\u00f3 oferecem vantagens consider\u00e1veis:<\/p><ul><li>Prensagem isost\u00e1tica a quente (HIP) para materiais muito densos e de jun\u00e7\u00e3o fina<\/li><li>Sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o por plasma de fa\u00edsca (SPS) com baixa temperatura de processamento<\/li><li>Minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo de oxig\u00e9nio relacionado com o processo<\/li><li>Elevada utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de material devido \u00e0 perda m\u00ednima durante a prensagem e sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?p=103092\"><strong>fabrico aditivo<\/strong><\/a> de ligas refract\u00e1rias utilizando a fus\u00e3o em leito de p\u00f3 a laser ou a fus\u00e3o por feixe de electr\u00f5es oferece potencial para geometrias complexas e componentes personalizados. Os avan\u00e7os no controlo do processo, tais como atmosferas optimizadas ou controlo da rea\u00e7\u00e3o in-situ, est\u00e3o continuamente a alargar os limites da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o (4). Estes materiais inovadores apresentam propriedades carater\u00edsticas que os distinguem das ligas convencionais e abrem novas possibilidades na tecnologia de alta temperatura. <\/p><p>As RHEA caracterizam-se pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial de solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3lidas monof\u00e1sicas que apresentam tens\u00f5es de ced\u00eancia muito elevadas e uma resist\u00eancia excecional \u00e0 corros\u00e3o. Destaca-se, em particular, a sua resist\u00eancia \u00e0 radia\u00e7\u00e3o, que os predestina para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es nucleares, bem como as suas propriedades de auto-regenera\u00e7\u00e3o em caso de danos causados pela radia\u00e7\u00e3o.
