para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?post_type=applikationen&#038;p=104109\"><strong>autom\u00f3vel, aeroespacial<\/strong><\/a> e eletr\u00f3nica, os conjuntos h\u00edbridos feitos de v\u00e1rios materiais leves, como o alum\u00ednio, o a\u00e7o e os pl\u00e1sticos refor\u00e7ados com fibra de carbono (CFRP), s\u00e3o cada vez mais unidos utilizando a tecnologia de liga\u00e7\u00e3o adesiva. Esta tecnologia de uni\u00e3o permite a transmiss\u00e3o de for\u00e7a bidimensional e geometrias optimizadas em termos de design, mas enfrenta um desafio t\u00e9cnico central: diferentes coeficientes de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica entre os parceiros de uni\u00e3o e os adesivos. A gama destes valores varia consideravelmente entre os materiais utilizados em juntas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o mistas: o a\u00e7o tem valores de \u03b1 \u2248 11,5-13,1 \u00d7 10-\u2076 K-\u00b9, enquanto o alum\u00ednio tem coeficientes de expans\u00e3o significativamente mais elevados de \u03b1 \u2248 22-25 \u00d7 10-\u2076 K-\u00b9. Os adesivos de resina ep\u00f3xi situam-se na gama de \u03b1 \u2248 45-200 \u00d7 10-\u2076 K-\u00b9, e os comp\u00f3sitos CFRP apresentam propriedades de expans\u00e3o fortemente anisotr\u00f3picas com valores entre -1,0 e 1,5 na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras e at\u00e9 65 \u00d7 10-\u2076 K-\u00b9 transversalmente \u00e0 orienta\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras.  <\/p><p>fibra (Dietrich 2018).<br>As desloca\u00e7\u00f5es e tens\u00f5es relativas resultantes que ocorrem durante os ciclos de temperatura &#8211; por exemplo, durante os processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o ou durante o funcionamento na gama de temperaturas de -40 \u00b0C a +200 \u00b0C &#8211; colocam uma tens\u00e3o consider\u00e1vel na junta colada. Particularmente cr\u00edticas s\u00e3o as \u00e1reas pr\u00f3ximas da temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea (Tg), nas quais as colas mudam de propriedades viscoel\u00e1sticas para el\u00e1sticas ou pl\u00e1sticas, o que pode ter um impacto significativo na resist\u00eancia da junta e na sua vida \u00fatil (DFR Solutions n.d.). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac9afd3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"ac9afd3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b982d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1b982d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mecanismos de danos e suas consequ\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5df331d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5df331d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os danos nas juntas coladas causados por diferentes coeficientes de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica manifestam-se atrav\u00e9s de v\u00e1rios mecanismos. Diferentes valores de \u03b1 resultam em tens\u00f5es de cisalhamento e de tra\u00e7\u00e3o, que podem levar tanto \u00e0 falha da interface como \u00e0 fratura coesiva no pr\u00f3prio adesivo. A espessura da fenda adesiva e a dimens\u00e3o do componente s\u00e3o factores decisivos para a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o. (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia do Alum\u00ednio 2015; NPL 1999).   <br>A anisotropia da expans\u00e3o deve ser tida em conta, especialmente nas juntas de CFRP, para que a estrutura do laminado e a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras tamb\u00e9m tenham uma influ\u00eancia significativa no desenvolvimento da tens\u00e3o. Pode alterar significativamente as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas das colas, enfraquecer a ades\u00e3o ao substrato e acelerar os danos relacionados com o envelhecimento, como a delamina\u00e7\u00e3o, a fissura\u00e7\u00e3o ou a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da camada adesiva. Os ensaios de tempo decorrido simulam cargas de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o sob ciclos de temperatura realistas, de modo a simular o comportamento de falha e o desenvolvimento de fissuras no adesivo. Os m\u00e9todos modernos de previs\u00e3o de ciclos curtos, tais como o M\u00e9todo Isot\u00e9rmico Escalonado (SIM) ou o M\u00e9todo de IsoStress Escalonado (SSM), permitem a r\u00e1pida determina\u00e7\u00e3o do comportamento de flu\u00eancia e dos efeitos de relaxamento relacionados com a discrep\u00e2ncia t\u00e9rmica dos diferentes materiais de liga\u00e7\u00e3o (NPL 1999).  <br>Os ensaios de fadiga e de choque t\u00e9rmico registam o n\u00famero de ciclos de fadiga e a ocorr\u00eancia de mecanismos de dano, que s\u00e3o cruciais para avaliar a vida \u00fatil.
