sider\u00fargica. Os processos baseados em hidrog\u00e9nio permitem uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa das emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082 em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o convencional com transportadores de carbono. Os elevados desafios t\u00e9cnicos relacionados com a reatividade do g\u00e1s, o controlo da temperatura, as carater\u00edsticas das pastilhas e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o fazem com que os dados cin\u00e9ticos validados experimentalmente sejam um recurso fundamental para o desenvolvimento de reactores industriais de redu\u00e7\u00e3o direta de H\u2082. Os sistemas TGA e STA da Linseis fornecem dados de medi\u00e7\u00e3o altamente precisos sobre as vias de rea\u00e7\u00e3o, fases intermedi\u00e1rias e din\u00e2mica da atmosfera &#8211; informa\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais para otimizar e modelar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00e9nio (Kim et al., 2021; Ratzker et al., 2025).   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0be888 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a0be888\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fundamentos da qu\u00edmica das reac\u00e7\u00f5es e dos processos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-550d1e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"550d1e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A redu\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3xido de ferro (III) (Fe\u2082O\u2083) com hidrog\u00e9nio prossegue gradualmente atrav\u00e9s de Fe\u2083O\u2084 e FeO para ferro met\u00e1lico. A taxa e a efici\u00eancia destas convers\u00f5es s\u00e3o influenciadas por numerosos factores, incluindo a porosidade, defeitos nas pastilhas, propriedades de difus\u00e3o e altera\u00e7\u00f5es da atmosfera. Os processos de difus\u00e3o e a press\u00e3o parcial de hidrog\u00e9nio determinam em grande parte as taxas de rea\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto o vapor de \u00e1gua formado durante a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00e9nio deve ser continuamente removido como um produto de rea\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar a re-oxida\u00e7\u00e3o (Shankar et al., 2025; Fradet et al., 2023). O controlo de atmosfera rapidamente comut\u00e1vel (incluindo H\u2082, N\u2082, Ar e as suas misturas) permite condi\u00e7\u00f5es vari\u00e1veis controladas. O acoplamento com um espetr\u00f3metro de massa (MS) permite a an\u00e1lise em tempo real dos gases formados, especialmente H\u2082O e potenciais subprodutos.  <\/p><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/instruments\/thermal-analysis\/simultaneous-thermal-analyzer-tga-dsc\/sta-l81\/\"><strong>Linseis STA L81<\/strong><\/a> combina <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/instruments\/tga-thermogravimetry\/\"><strong>termogravimetria (TG)<\/strong><\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/instruments\/differential-scanning-calorimeter-dsc\/\"><strong>calorimetria de varrimento diferencial (DSC)<\/strong><\/a>de modo a que, durante a rea\u00e7\u00e3o de redu\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 as altera\u00e7\u00f5es de peso, mas tamb\u00e9m os efeitos energ\u00e9ticos, tais como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?p=103355\"><strong>endot\u00e9rmicas ou exot\u00e9rmicas<\/strong><\/a> reac\u00e7\u00f5es endot\u00e9rmicas ou exot\u00e9rmicas podem ser claramente atribu\u00eddas. Especialmente durante a transi\u00e7\u00e3o de Fe\u2083O\u2084 para FeO ou FeO para Fe, ocorrem assinaturas t\u00e9rmicas carater\u00edsticas que apoiam a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o da cin\u00e9tica da rea\u00e7\u00e3o e das fases intermedi\u00e1rias. <\/p><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/instruments\/thermal-analysis\/simultaneous-thermal-analyzer-tga-dsc\/sta-hp-l85\/\"><strong>Linseis STA HP L85<\/strong><\/a> permite medi\u00e7\u00f5es em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de processo at\u00e9 altas press\u00f5es de hidrog\u00e9nio e fluxos de g\u00e1s control\u00e1veis com precis\u00e3o. identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da influ\u00eancia da press\u00e3o no tempo para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o completa.<\/li><li><b>Fases interm\u00e9dias e energ\u00e9tica:<\/b> An\u00e1lise passo-a-passo das perdas de massa (Fe\u2082O\u2083 \u2192 Fe\u2083O\u2084 \u2192 FeO \u2192 Fe) e atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de efeitos t\u00e9rmicos carater\u00edsticos via DSC.<\/li><li><b>An\u00e1lise em fase gasosa:<\/b> Dete\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real dos produtos da rea\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/en\/instruments\/additional-devices-support\/l40-ega-gcms\/\"><strong>MS<\/strong><\/a>correla\u00e7\u00e3o entre a perda de massa e a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s hidrog\u00e9nio\/\u00e1gua.<\/li><li><b>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es da microestrutura:<\/b> Observa\u00e7\u00e3o antes\/depois utilizando microscopia eletr\u00f3nica (por exemplo, altera\u00e7\u00f5es na estrutura dos poros e crescimento dos gr\u00e3os em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o e da temperatura).<\/li><li><b>Modela\u00e7\u00e3o combinada:<\/b> Deriva\u00e7\u00e3o de par\u00e2metros cin\u00e9ticos que servem de base de dados para a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o e aumento de escala de processos apoiados por simula\u00e7\u00e3o (Raabe, 2021;
