<strong>polietileno<\/strong>, mas t\u00eam propriedades diferentes devido a diferen\u00e7as na produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>O PEAD<\/strong> \u00e9 um tipo especial da <strong>fam\u00edlia do polietileno<\/strong> que se caracteriza pela sua elevada cristalinidade. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?p=103251\">\n  <strong>cristalinidade<\/strong>\n<\/a> que se caracteriza por uma baixa propor\u00e7\u00e3o de grupos de ramifica\u00e7\u00e3o lateral nas cadeias principais do pol\u00edmero e pela aus\u00eancia de quaisquer ramifica\u00e7\u00f5es laterais longas.<\/p><p>Isto permite que <strong>as mol\u00e9culas de PEAD<\/strong> sejam dispostas numa estrutura ordenada e pseudo-cristalina, o que confere ao material as suas propriedades mec\u00e2nicas \u00fanicas. Por outro lado, <strong>o polietileno<\/strong>, como classe de materiais, \u00e9 produzido numa gama de densidades, com o grau e a forma de ramifica\u00e7\u00e3o lateral da cadeia polim\u00e9rica a influenciar fortemente as suas propriedades. <\/p><p>As diferen\u00e7as na produ\u00e7\u00e3o conduzem a diferentes densidades e a diferentes designa\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais e cient\u00edficas para o <strong>polietileno<\/strong>, incluindo <strong>o PEAD<\/strong>.<\/p><p>As diferen\u00e7as entre <strong>o PEAD<\/strong> e <strong>o polietileno<\/strong> em termos de propriedades f\u00edsicas Para uma quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o exacta da <strong>cristalinidade<\/strong>, o chip especial e patenteado<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/dsc-dynamische-differenz-kalorimetrie\/chip-dsc-l66-basic\/\">\n  <strong> chip DSC<\/strong>\n<\/a> pode ser utilizado para quantificar com precis\u00e3o a cristalinidade.  <\/p><p>A elevada <strong>cristalinidade do PEAD<\/strong> resulta numa impressionante resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica e numa elevada resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o. Um bom exemplo disso \u00e9 o processo de extrus\u00e3o para o fabrico de garrafas e recipientes. Durante este processo, o <g id=\"gid_0\">PEAD<\/g> \u00e9 aquecido a cerca de 150\u00b0C a 160\u00b0C, ou seja, pr\u00f3ximo do seu ponto de fus\u00e3o, o que o torna mold\u00e1vel.
