Apesar dos modernos processos de fabrico, permanece uma certa rugosidade na superf\u00edcie, na qual ocorrem pequenas inclus\u00f5es de ar microsc\u00f3picas. <strong>Os materiais de interface<\/strong> <strong>t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m conhecidos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/tim-l58\/\">\n  <strong>Materiais de Interface T\u00e9rmica (TIMs)<\/strong>\n<\/a> s\u00e3o concebidos para preencher estas cavidades entre os componentes, de modo a que a transfer\u00eancia de calor seja significativamente melhorada. <\/p><p>Isto significa tamb\u00e9m que a resist\u00eancia de contacto entre o componente gerador de calor e o dissipador de calor deve ser reduzida atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do TIM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f63d02 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8f63d02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Propriedades t\u00e9rmicas dos TIMs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec124ef elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec124ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Por conseguinte, o desempenho de um TIM depende das suas <strong>propriedades t\u00e9rmicas<\/strong>. Os valores mais frequentemente utilizados na ind\u00fastria e listados nas folhas de dados s\u00e3o a condutividade t\u00e9rmica e a imped\u00e2ncia t\u00e9rmica. Considerando a imped\u00e2ncia t\u00e9rmica em vez de apenas a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/\">\n  <strong>condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>\n<\/a> de um TIM tem a vantagem de tamb\u00e9m refletir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que, por exemplo, a espessura do material e a press\u00e3o de contacto tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o tidas em conta.  <\/p><p>Isto est\u00e1 associado \u00e0 <strong>resist\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>, que descreve a capacidade de resistir <strong>a<\/strong> um <strong>fluxo de calor<\/strong>. Em contraste com a condutividade t\u00e9rmica, a resist\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica depende da espessura do material. O gradiente de temperatura atrav\u00e9s da amostra, o fluxo de calor resultante e a \u00e1rea de ensaio ou \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie da placa, que \u00e9 do mesmo tamanho que a amostra a ser ensaiada, s\u00e3o ent\u00e3o utilizados para calcular a imped\u00e2ncia t\u00e9rmica. Para tal, a resist\u00eancia da interface t\u00e9rmica deve ser exclu\u00edda.
