Especialmente aqui, no sector <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/automobil-luft-und-raumfahrt\/\">\n  <strong>autom\u00f3vel<\/strong>\n<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/pharma-und-lebensmittel\/\">\n  <strong>medicina<\/strong>\n<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/automotive-luft-und-raumfahrt\/\">\n  <strong>aeroespacial<\/strong>\n<\/a> As aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de engenharia s\u00e3o frequentemente muito especializadas e requerem estruturas pequenas e de precis\u00e3o. Para as realizar, foram desenvolvidos no passado m\u00e9todos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o cada vez mais modernos, que resultaram numa maior precis\u00e3o a custos mais baixos e tamb\u00e9m num menor consumo de material. Neste processo, o metal \u00e9 apresentado como um p\u00f3 e fundido localmente com uma precis\u00e3o exacta por uma fonte de energia, normalmente um laser, para criar uma estrutura 3D. <\/p><p>No processo CLAD (soldadura por deposi\u00e7\u00e3o a laser ou cladding, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como DED &#8211; dorect emergy deposition &#8211; process), \u00e9 aplicado um p\u00f3 met\u00e1lico a partir de um bocal, num processo muito semelhante \u00e0 cor de uma impressora real. No entanto, o p\u00f3 \u00e9 derretido diretamente com um laser na sa\u00edda do bocal para que o metal l\u00edquido possa ser impresso diretamente. <\/p><p><strong>Uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fabrico aditivo e processamento aditivo<\/strong> \u00e9 o chamado <strong>processo de corte a frio<\/strong> ou <strong>pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s frio<\/strong>. Neste processo, part\u00edculas finas de metal s\u00e3o pressionadas atrav\u00e9s de um bocal fino a alta press\u00e3o com um g\u00e1s de arrastamento (normalmente h\u00e9lio), de modo a deformarem-se plasticamente quando atingem um substrato, formando uma camada que pode ser processada diretamente sem derreter. Semelhante ao processo de leito de p\u00f3 de pl\u00e1stico, o metal \u00e9 misturado com um aglutinante e ligado para formar uma massa homog\u00e9nea. Os metais mais comuns para a impress\u00e3o 3D met\u00e1lica s\u00e3o o alum\u00ednio e as suas ligas, os a\u00e7os e as ligas de ferro, bem como materiais como o g\u00e1lio, o \u00edndio, o tit\u00e2nio, o cobalto ou o cr\u00f3mio. <\/strong><br>Apesar dos custos comparativamente elevados, atualmente tamb\u00e9m se utilizam metais preciosos como o ouro e a prata. No entanto, a moldagem \u00e9 um pouco mais dif\u00edcil neste caso. Neste caso, o fabrico de moldes para uma pe\u00e7a de trabalho fundida \u00e9 frequentemente muito dispendioso e pode ser evitado de forma inteligente com a impress\u00e3o 3D. <\/p><p>Os custos de energia economizados em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com uma pe\u00e7a moldada tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o s\u00e3o insignificantes. O mesmo se aplica \u00e0s poupan\u00e7as de material, que se traduzem em mat\u00e9rias-primas met\u00e1licas frequentemente dispendiosas. Al\u00e9m disso, as vantagens da impress\u00e3o 3D com metais s\u00e3o ineg\u00e1veis, especialmente no caso de implantes personalizados na tecnologia m\u00e9dica ou de pe\u00e7as sobresselentes de m\u00e1quinas especialmente adaptadas.  <\/p><p>Ao contr\u00e1rio da impress\u00e3o 3D de cer\u00e2mica ou de pol\u00edmeros, nem todas as formas ou estruturas podem ser facilmente realizadas com sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de metais ou impress\u00e3o a g\u00e1s frio, uma vez que os diferentes metais t\u00eam zonas de fus\u00e3o muito diferentes e, por conseguinte, nem sempre \u00e9 poss\u00edvel aplicar misturas ou camadas espec\u00edficas.
