material. Como resultado, nem toda a superf\u00edcie dos dois s\u00f3lidos est\u00e1 em contacto direto, mas apenas uma fra\u00e7\u00e3o e, portanto, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 envolvida na transfer\u00eancia de calor. <br><br>As cavidades resultantes entre os s\u00f3lidos s\u00e3o normalmente preenchidas com ar, um mau condutor de calor [1,2]. A parte atrav\u00e9s do fluido \u00e9 formada pelo ar fechado. O calor \u00e9 transportado em paralelo atrav\u00e9s de ambos os canais, raz\u00e3o pela qual pode ser representado como um circuito paralelo no diagrama de circuito equivalente. Se for utilizado um testador TIM para medir a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/thermische-impedanz\/\">\n  <strong>imped\u00e2ncia t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>\n<\/a> de um material para diferentes espessuras, aplicando um fluxo de calor atrav\u00e9s da amostra. <\/p><p>A partir dos pontos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o, pode ser calculada uma reta crescente atrav\u00e9s de uma regress\u00e3o linear e a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/\">\n  <strong>condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>\n<\/a> pode ser determinada. A interce\u00e7\u00e3o da linha reta corresponde \u00e0 resist\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica de contacto entre o material e o bloco de medi\u00e7\u00e3o. O bloco de medi\u00e7\u00e3o pode, por exemplo, ser feito de lat\u00e3o ou de uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/halbleiter-und-elektronik\/\">\n  <strong>liga de cobre ou de alum\u00ednio<\/strong>\n<\/a> liga de alum\u00ednio.  <\/p><p>A Figura 2 apresenta um exemplo de uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o deste tipo.
