Neste processo, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/enthalpie\/\">\n  <strong>calor fornecido<\/strong>\n<\/a> \u00e9 utilizado para dissolver a rede cristalina, a temperatura do material permanece constante durante todo o processo de fus\u00e3o. Existe, portanto, uma temperatura de fus\u00e3o definida.  <\/p><p>A invers\u00e3o desta transi\u00e7\u00e3o de fase de primeira ordem, a mudan\u00e7a <strong>do<\/strong> <strong>estado<\/strong> <strong>amorfo-l\u00edquido<\/strong> da fus\u00e3o <strong>para o<\/strong> <strong>estado<\/strong> <strong>cristalino<\/strong> <strong>,<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9 designada por<\/strong> <strong>cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. \u00c9 um processo controlado cineticamente e depende principalmente da nuclea\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 por isso que a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/cristalizacao-e-recristalizacao-de-polimeros\/\">\n  <strong>Por isso, a temperatura de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 sempre inferior \u00e0 temperatura de fus\u00e3o, controlada termodinamicamente<\/strong>\n<\/a>.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a96105b elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a96105b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e538af1 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e538af1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os materiais n\u00e3o cristalinos, como os pol\u00edmeros, por outro lado, apresentam uma <strong>transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea<\/strong>. Nesta \u00e1rea, os pol\u00edmeros total ou parcialmente amorfos <strong>passam<\/strong> do <strong>estado<\/strong> altamente viscoso ou borrachoso e <strong>flex\u00edvel<\/strong> <strong>para o<\/strong> <strong>estado<\/strong> <strong>v\u00edtreo<\/strong> <strong>ou<\/strong> <strong>duro-el\u00e1stico e<\/strong> <strong>quebradi\u00e7o<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Para caraterizar a transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/conhecimentos\/temperatura-de-transicao-vitrea\/\">\n  <strong>temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea Tg<\/strong>\n<\/a> \u00e9 especificada, na qual metade da varia\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wissen\/spezifische-waermekapazitaet\/\">\n  <strong>capacidade t\u00e9rmica espec\u00edfica<\/strong>\n<\/a> \u00e9 atingida. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 conhecida como a temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea ou temperatura de amolecimento. <\/p><p>A transi\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica v\u00edtrea \u00e9 observada quando uma massa fundida n\u00e3o cristaliz\u00e1vel \u00e9 sobrearrefecida. Isto &#8220;congela&#8221; os chamados movimentos moleculares cooperativos, tais como rearranjos de segmentos da cadeia principal, rota\u00e7\u00f5es da cadeia lateral e rota\u00e7\u00f5es do grupo final. Isto resulta em mudan\u00e7as abruptas nas propriedades mec\u00e2nicas e termodin\u00e2micas, tais como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/elastizitaetsmodul\/\">\n  <strong>m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade<\/strong>\n<\/a>capacidade t\u00e9rmica espec\u00edfica e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/laengenausdehnungskoeffizient\/\">\n  <strong>coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>\n<\/a>.  <\/p><p><strong>A<\/strong> <strong>taxa de arrefecimento<\/strong> <strong>tem<\/strong> uma <strong>influ\u00eancia<\/strong> <strong>decisiva<\/strong> <strong>na<\/strong> <strong>temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea<\/strong>. Se a massa fundida for arrefecida rapidamente, obt\u00e9m-se uma temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea mais elevada. Se a taxa de arrefecimento for infinitamente lenta, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea, uma vez que n\u00e3o se formam \u00e1reas parciais amorfas.  <\/p><p>Muitos pl\u00e1sticos comuns s\u00e3o semi-cristalinos: t\u00eam, portanto, uma temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea abaixo da qual a fase amorfa congela. Por isso, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea \u00e9 frequentemente utilizada em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/thermische-analyse\/\">\n  <strong>an\u00e1lise t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>\n<\/a> por exemplo, para poder fazer afirma\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a estabilidade dimensional de um pol\u00edmero sob a influ\u00eancia do calor. <\/p><p>Os elast\u00f3meros, por exemplo, s\u00f3 s\u00e3o utilizados na gama el\u00e1stica da borracha, ou seja, acima da temperatura de transi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtrea. Se os pol\u00edmeros n\u00e3o forem misc\u00edveis, os componentes individuais s\u00e3o separados por fases, de modo a coexistirem e poderem ser medidas v\u00e1rias transi\u00e7\u00f5es v\u00edtreas.
