As medi\u00e7\u00f5es termoanal\u00edticas s\u00e3o frequentemente utilizadas na garantia de qualidade; os resultados das medi\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam de ser exactos e reprodut\u00edveis. Isto significa que as temperaturas medidas devem ser corretas. A calibra\u00e7\u00e3o e o ajustamento dos analisadores s\u00e3o, por conseguinte, importantes.   <\/p><p>Durante a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 determinado o desvio que uma subst\u00e2ncia de refer\u00eancia tem em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os dados da literatura. Podem ocorrer desvios nos par\u00e2metros de temperatura, taxa de aquecimento e fluxo de calor do sensor, raz\u00e3o pela qual estes s\u00e3o calibrados, ver tamb\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/e0967-97.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n  <strong>ASTM E 967-97<\/strong>\n<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/e0968-99.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n  <strong>ASTM E 968-99.<\/strong>\n<\/a> Se os desvios estiverem dentro do intervalo de toler\u00e2ncia, podes come\u00e7ar a medir as amostras e o dispositivo est\u00e1, portanto, corretamente calibrado.<br>Se n\u00e3o for este o caso, devem ser feitos ajustes. O material do cadinho (condutividade t\u00e9rmica, massa, geometria, tamanho dos orif\u00edcios na tampa), a atmosfera do forno, o caudal do g\u00e1s de purga e o sensor DSC podem influenciar os par\u00e2metros. Quando \u00e9 ajustada, corrige o comportamento din\u00e2mico da c\u00e9lula de medi\u00e7\u00e3o. Garante tamb\u00e9m que a influ\u00eancia aparente da taxa de aquecimento n\u00e3o tem qualquer efeito sobre o resultado da medi\u00e7\u00e3o. Se a temperatura de in\u00edcio de fus\u00e3o do \u00edndio for determinada com taxas de aquecimento diferentes e crescentes sem o ajuste do Taulag, a temperatura de in\u00edcio de fus\u00e3o desloca-se para temperaturas mais elevadas, o que \u00e9 fisicamente incorreto. Trata-se de materiais de refer\u00eancia rastre\u00e1veis. Estas subst\u00e2ncias cumprem todos os requisitos das normas de gest\u00e3o de qualidade relevantes, tais como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinmedia.de\/de\/norm\/din-en-iso-9000\/235671064\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n  <strong>ISO 9000<\/strong>\n<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinmedia.de\/de\/norm\/din-en-iso-iec-17025\/278030106\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n  <strong>DIN EN ISO\/IEC 17025<\/strong>\n<\/a>. Al\u00e9m disso, alguns cristais l\u00edquidos est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis como subst\u00e2ncias de refer\u00eancia secund\u00e1rias certificadas para o modo de arrefecimento.
