<strong>medir as propriedades de transporte t\u00e9rmico<\/strong> dos materiais \u00e9 um <strong>desenvolvimento do m\u00e9todo de fio quente (THW).<\/strong><\/p><p>Ambos os m\u00e9todos pertencem \u00e0 <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?p=103300\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">classe dos m\u00e9todos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o transientes, ou seja, dependentes do tempo<\/a>\n<\/strong>que, em contraste com os m\u00e9todos estacion\u00e1rios, oferecem tempos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o muito mais curtos e, para al\u00e9m da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?page_id=103503\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\"><strong>condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> <\/a>tamb\u00e9m mede simultaneamente a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?page_id=103499\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\"><strong>difusividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong> <\/a>ao mesmo tempo.<\/p><p>O principal componente do THB \u00e9 um condutor el\u00e9trico em forma de tira que serve simultaneamente como fonte de calor Joule e como term\u00f3metro de resist\u00eancia. Embutida entre duas metades da amostra, a tira emite uma corrente de aquecimento constante durante a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo que tamb\u00e9m se aquece a si pr\u00f3pria. O seu aumento de temperatura ao longo do tempo \u00e9 a medida das propriedades de transporte t\u00e9rmico mencionadas.  <\/p><p>Enquanto o <strong>m\u00e9todo THW utiliza apenas um \u00fanico fio de aquecimento<\/strong>, <strong>o m\u00e9todo THB utiliza quatro tiras de aquecimento<\/strong> (ver Fig. 1), que s\u00e3o ligadas para formar uma ponte de Wheatstone. Isto significa que n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ajustar o zero antes da medi\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p><p>Para compensar o efeito de borda, as tiras de aquecimento sinuosas s\u00e3o divididas em dois segmentos de comprimentos diferentes (Fig. 2). Assim, s\u00e3o criadas duas resist\u00eancias individuais separadas galvanicamente que, no entanto, est\u00e3o ligadas termicamente. Se a queda de tens\u00e3o do segmento curto for subtra\u00edda do segmento longo, obt\u00e9m-se um sinal de medi\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do comprimento efetivo da tira de aquecimento, no qual as perdas
