a<strong> TDTR &#8211; <\/strong>Tecnologia de Medi\u00e7\u00e3o de<strong> Termorreflect\u00e2ncia no Dom\u00ednio do Tempo <\/strong>desenvolveu-se como uma ferramenta poderosa e universalmente aplic\u00e1vel para<strong> medir as propriedades de transporte t\u00e9rmico <\/strong>de revestimentos e pel\u00edculas finas. A t\u00e9cnica de medi\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser aplicada a uma ampla gama de amostras, tanto em termos de propriedades de transporte t\u00e9rmico quanto de geometria da amostra. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel o varrimento lateral das amostras, o que permite a medi\u00e7\u00e3o da condutividade t\u00e9rmica em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da posi\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta pel\u00edcula de metal serve de transdutor \u00f3tico, uma vez que a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da refletividade desta camada de metal pode ser utilizada para inferir a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura. Para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 utilizado um laser prim\u00e1rio forte (laser de bombagem) para aquecer localmente um ponto na superf\u00edcie da amostra e o aquecimento deste ponto, devido \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es na refletividade da pel\u00edcula met\u00e1lica, \u00e9 lido utilizando um segundo laser (laser de sonda).  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>A <strong>an\u00e1lise dos dados<\/strong> \u00e9 ent\u00e3o efectuada utilizando uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o anal\u00edtica da equa\u00e7\u00e3o de condu\u00e7\u00e3o de calor em coordenadas cil\u00edndricas. A determina\u00e7\u00e3o das propriedades de transporte de calor das camadas envolvidas \u00e9 normalmente efectuada atrav\u00e9s do ajuste dos par\u00e2metros livres, minimizando o desvio entre a resposta t\u00e9rmica prevista pelo modelo e a resposta t\u00e9rmica da amostra medida na experi\u00eancia. Os par\u00e2metros livres s\u00e3o as propriedades desconhecidas de transfer\u00eancia de calor, por exemplo, a condutividade t\u00e9rmica, da amostra.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"blank_spacer col-sm-12 \"> <\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>Ao utilizar o<strong> TDTR na pr\u00e1tica di\u00e1ria<\/strong>, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que a superf\u00edcie da amostra seja t\u00e3o lisa quanto poss\u00edvel, de modo a evitar a dispers\u00e3o difusa indesejada da luz laser e, consequentemente, a interfer\u00eancia na medi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O TDTR \u00e9 utilizado principalmente para medir a condutividade t\u00e9rmica na dire\u00e7\u00e3o da espessura, ou seja, perpendicular \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. Para materiais termicamente anisotr\u00f3picos, tais como estruturas de super-rede, pel\u00edculas policristalinas texturizadas ou cristais anisotr\u00f3picos, em que o conhecimento da condutividade t\u00e9rmica no plano tamb\u00e9m deve ser medido, o transporte de calor no plano tamb\u00e9m pode ser medido utilizando as chamadas abordagens de desalinhamento. No entanto, a precis\u00e3o da medi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reduzida.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>Os lasers ND:YAG ou Ti:safira s\u00e3o normalmente utilizados como &#8220;lasers de bomba&#8221; para as configura\u00e7\u00f5es TDTR. O laser gera um impulso \u00f3tico para aquecer localmente a camada met\u00e1lica (tamb\u00e9m conhecida como transdutor) e, consequentemente, a camada de amostra subjacente. Para ler o sinal de temperatura, \u00e9 utilizado um laser de onda cont\u00ednua (laser CW) como laser de sonda para registar o aumento de temperatura local. Dependendo do material utilizado para o transdutor (por exemplo, Au, Al ou Pt), o comprimento de onda do laser de sonda deve ser selecionado (~473 nm a 532 nm ou 785 nm a 808 nm).   <\/p><p>O termo &#8220;termorreflectividade&#8221; refere-se ao facto de a refletividade &#8220;R&#8221; de uma pel\u00edcula met\u00e1lica depender da sua temperatura &#8220;T&#8221;. Isto resulta no coeficiente de termorreflect\u00e2ncia espec\u00edfico do material G = dR\/dT.
