href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?page_id=103495\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">coeficiente de Seebeck<\/a>\n<\/strong> e da <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?page_id=103503\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/a>\n<\/strong> podem ser calculados ou medidos diretamente. <strong>Um m\u00e9todo comum para a determina\u00e7\u00e3o direta \u00e9 o m\u00e9todo Harman<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, uma amostra termoel\u00e9ctrica na forma de uma haste cil\u00edndrica ou retangular \u00e9 contactada eletricamente em ambas as extremidades e com dois contactos numa das superf\u00edcies laterais (ver figura a) medi\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 crucial criar as melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es adiab\u00e1ticas poss\u00edveis, ou seja, minimizar a troca de calor entre a amostra e o ambiente.<\/p><p>Por esta raz\u00e3o, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 normalmente efectuada sob v\u00e1cuo e a amostra \u00e9 armazenada livremente ou fixada numa placa de base controlada por term\u00f3stato.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 normalmente utilizado um escudo t\u00e9rmico para reduzir a troca de calor por radia\u00e7\u00e3o entre a amostra e o ambiente.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p> <\/p><p> <\/p><p> <\/p><p><br>A medi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 iniciada imprimindo uma corrente <sub>I0<\/sub> entre os contactos nas extremidades, pelo que uma jun\u00e7\u00e3o entre a amostra e o el\u00e9trodo \u00e9 aquecida e a outra \u00e9 arrefecida devido ao efeito Peltier. As condi\u00e7\u00f5es de fronteira adiab\u00e1ticas conduzem ent\u00e3o a um gradiente de temperatura ao longo da amostra, cuja dimens\u00e3o depende da corrente impressa e das propriedades termoel\u00e9ctricas da amostra. As sondas de tens\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie lateral da amostra s\u00e3o utilizadas para medir tanto a componente \u00f3hmica da queda de tens\u00e3o UR devido \u00e0 corrente impressa como a tens\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica Uth resultante do gradiente de temperatura (ver Fig. 1b).  <\/p><p>A componente \u00f3hmica \u00e9 medida diretamente ap\u00f3s a inje\u00e7\u00e3o de corrente, enquanto a tens\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica \u00e9 determinada no estado final est\u00e1vel.
