A an\u00e1lise DSC regista <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?p=103355\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">\n  <strong>transi\u00e7\u00f5es endot\u00e9rmicas e exot\u00e9rmicas<\/strong>\n<\/a> como a determina\u00e7\u00e3o das temperaturas de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e a entalpia de s\u00f3lidos e l\u00edquidos em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura. <\/p><p>Em contraste com a calorimetria cl\u00e1ssica, em que uma amostra \u00e9 colocada numa c\u00e2mara isolada para monitorizar a sua absor\u00e7\u00e3o e liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de calor numa experi\u00eancia isot\u00e9rmica, a calorimetria de varrimento diferencial \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo din\u00e2mico.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-12 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>Um calor\u00edmetro t\u00edpico \u00e9 uma c\u00e2mara isolada na qual \u00e9 colocada uma amostra num meio circundante. A amostra \u00e9 ent\u00e3o aquecida com uma certa quantidade de calor. A diferen\u00e7a de temperatura entre a amostra e o meio envolvente fornece a capacidade t\u00e9rmica da amostra e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de calor e o consumo de calor da amostra. Ambas as variantes s\u00e3o conhecidas na comunidade cient\u00edfica como DSC de fluxo de calor e DSC de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de pot\u00eancia. <\/p><p>No <strong>fluxo de calor DSC<\/strong>, as altera\u00e7\u00f5es no fluxo de calor s\u00e3o calculadas atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o da curva <sub>\u0394Tref<\/sub>. Para este tipo de an\u00e1lise DSC, uma amostra e um cadinho de refer\u00eancia s\u00e3o colocados num suporte de amostras com sensores de temperatura integrados para medir a temperatura dos cadinhos. Esta disposi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 localizada num forno com temperatura controlada.
