termoel\u00e9ctricos podem ser caracterizados quase completamente, tanto na forma de material s\u00f3lido como na forma de pel\u00edculas finas. Na vers\u00e3o b\u00e1sica LSR-3 (LSR L31), tanto o <strong>coeficiente Seebeck<\/strong> como a <strong>condutividade el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong> (resist\u00eancia el\u00e9ctrica) de materiais s\u00f3lidos podem ser medidos de forma totalmente autom\u00e1tica e simult\u00e2nea at\u00e9 uma temperatura m\u00e1xima de 1500\u00b0C. <\/p><p>A vers\u00e3o gund pode ser combinada com v\u00e1rias op\u00e7\u00f5es para alargar a gama de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es. Por exemplo, a <strong>op\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa temperatura<\/strong> permite uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente autom\u00e1tica utilizando <sub>LN2<\/sub> arrefecido at\u00e9 -100\u00b0C e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um adaptador especial de pel\u00edcula fina para medir <strong>pel\u00edculas<\/strong> e <strong>camadas finas<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Uma <strong>c\u00e2mara opcional<\/strong> permite que a condutividade el\u00e9ctrica seja determinada com a m\u00e1xima precis\u00e3o e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>op\u00e7\u00e3o de alta imped\u00e2ncia <\/strong>alarga significativamente a gama de medi\u00e7\u00e3o para que as amostras com fraca condutividade el\u00e9ctrica possam tamb\u00e9m ser caracterizadas.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-6 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>Como a condutividade t\u00e9rmica \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria, para al\u00e9m do coeficiente de Seebeck e da condutividade el\u00e9ctrica, para calcular o <strong>valor de m\u00e9rito adimensional <em>ZT<\/em><\/strong>, \u00e9 normalmente necess\u00e1rio utilizar outro dispositivo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o, como um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/lfa-1000\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">\n  <b>LaserFlash<\/b>\n<\/a>por exemplo.<\/p><p>Para resolver este problema, <strong>pode ser integrado<\/strong> um <strong>LaserFlash<\/strong> adicional na plataforma Linseis LSR LSR-3 (LSR L31) (ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/lzt-meter\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">\n  <b>LZT-Meter<\/b>\n<\/a>) ou pode ser usado um adaptador especial, que permite a medi\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais s\u00f3lidos usando o <strong>m\u00e9todo Harman<\/strong>. Esta \u00e9 uma determina\u00e7\u00e3o ZT direta que, em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com as duas medi\u00e7\u00f5es originais, permite tirar conclus\u00f5es sobre a <strong>condutividade t\u00e9rmica<\/strong>. Uma plataforma LSR com um m\u00e9todo Harman integrado \u00e9 referida como uma <g id=\"gid_5\">atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o LSR-3<\/g> devido ao valor acrescentado significativo. O bloco de el\u00e9ctrodos inferior e, opcionalmente, tamb\u00e9m o bloco de el\u00e9ctrodos superior (para inverter o gradiente de temperatura) cont\u00eam uma bobina de aquecimento (aquecedor secund\u00e1rio). Todo o dispositivo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 localizado num forno, que aquece a amostra a uma temperatura espec\u00edfica para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando esta temperatura \u00e9 atingida, o aquecedor secund\u00e1rio no el\u00e9trodo inferior gera um gradiente de temperatura predefinido ao longo da amostra. Dois termopares T1 e T2 que contactam lateralmente medem agora a diferen\u00e7a de temperatura (\u0394T = T2 &#8211; T1) entre o contacto quente e o contacto frio na amostra. Al\u00e9m disso, um dos dois cabos do termopar \u00e9 utilizado para medir a for\u00e7a eletromotriz dE (ou tens\u00e3o termoel\u00e9ctrica <sub>Vth<\/sub>).     <\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"spb_content_element col-sm-6 spb_text_column\"><div class=\"spb_wrapper clearfix\"><p>Um mecanismo de mola \u00fanico permite o melhor contacto el\u00e9trico poss\u00edvel entre os termopares e a amostra e, por conseguinte, medi\u00e7\u00f5es altamente precisas. Como resultado, \u00e9 criado um perfil de temperatura carater\u00edstico sobre a amostra devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de fronteira adiab\u00e1ticas. A medi\u00e7\u00e3o mostra claramente a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00edpica de tens\u00e3o num \u00fanico ponto de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de temperatura. Neste caso, o valor da &#8220;figura de m\u00e9rito&#8221; ZT \u00e0 temperatura ambiente pode ser simplesmente calculado estabelecendo uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a queda de tens\u00e3o \u00f3hmica e a queda de tens\u00e3o termoel\u00e9ctrica.
