data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">\n  <b>Arrefecimento<\/b>\n<\/a> \u00e9 o arrefecimento r\u00e1pido de um material aquecido num meio de arrefecimento (no nosso caso, g\u00e1s), de modo a obter a t\u00eampera. Na metalurgia, a t\u00eampera \u00e9 uma das etapas cruciais no tratamento t\u00e9rmico de um metal e \u00e9 normalmente utilizada para endurecer o produto final, por exemplo, o a\u00e7o. <\/p><p>Com os nossos dilat\u00f3metros de t\u00eampera, podemos simular processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o com perfis de temperatura complexos para otimizar a\u00e7os, ligas e outros metais. No caso dos a\u00e7os em particular, muitas transi\u00e7\u00f5es de fase s\u00e3o acompanhadas por uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na densidade ou, pelo menos, uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o no coeficiente de expans\u00e3o do material. <\/p><p>A medi\u00e7\u00e3o simult\u00e2nea da dilata\u00e7\u00e3o do DIL L78 permite, portanto, reconhecer transi\u00e7\u00f5es de fase na microestrutura da amostra durante o ciclo de tratamento t\u00e9rmico. Isto \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia para a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p><h3>TTT &#8211; CCT &#8211; CHT &#8211; Diagrama<\/h3><p>Existem tr\u00eas tipos principais de diagramas de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o que s\u00e3o \u00fateis para selecionar o a\u00e7o e a via de processamento ideais para obter um determinado conjunto de propriedades. Estes s\u00e3o os diagramas de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o tempo-temperatura (TTT), de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o por arrefecimento cont\u00ednuo (CCT) e de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o por aquecimento cont\u00ednuo (CHT). <\/p><h3>Conforma\u00e7\u00e3o de metais<\/h3><p>Se for aplicada uma carga suficiente a um metal ou a outro material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, isso leva a uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o da forma do material. Esta mudan\u00e7a de forma \u00e9 conhecida como deforma\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 causada pelo efeito mec\u00e2nico de for\u00e7as externas ou por v\u00e1rios processos f\u00edsicos e f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos. Os metais deformados ou processados mecanicamente s\u00e3o muito superiores aos metais fundidos.   <\/p><h3>Ensaios de tra\u00e7\u00e3o e curvas tens\u00e3o-deforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3><p>As curvas tens\u00e3o-deforma\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o uma medida gr\u00e1fica extremamente importante das propriedades mec\u00e2nicas de um material. O diagrama d\u00e1-nos muitas propriedades mec\u00e2nicas, como o m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade, a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o e o limite de elasticidade. O diagrama tens\u00e3o-deforma\u00e7\u00e3o exprime uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre uma carga aplicada a um material e a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do material causada pela carga. O diagrama tens\u00e3o-deforma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 determinado por ensaios de tra\u00e7\u00e3o. Os ensaios de tra\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o realizados em m\u00e1quinas de ensaio de tra\u00e7\u00e3o (DIL L78 Q\/D\/T), que aplicam uma for\u00e7a de tra\u00e7\u00e3o controlada e uniformemente crescente
