A energia fotovoltaica e similares desempenham um papel cada vez mais importante na luta contra as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, na prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos nossos recursos e na transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica.  <\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais deve, por conseguinte, desenvolver c\u00e9lulas solares que sejam rent\u00e1veis, eficientes e duradouras, a fim de utilizar eficazmente a energia solar.<\/p><p><strong>Materiais do futuro:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>C\u00e9lula solar de seleneto de cobre, \u00edndio e g\u00e1lio<\/li><li>C\u00e9lulas solares de pel\u00edcula fina<\/li><li>Fotovoltaicos org\u00e2nicos (heterojun\u00e7\u00f5es de pol\u00edmeros, c\u00e9lulas sensibilizadas por corantes, sistemas h\u00edbridos org\u00e2nicos-inorg\u00e2nicos)<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong><br>Materiais inovadores para c\u00e9lulas solares<\/strong><\/h3><p>Para al\u00e9m do sil\u00edcio tradicional, novos tipos de c\u00e9lulas como o CIGS, o telureto de c\u00e1dmio e a perovskite est\u00e3o no centro dos actuais desenvolvimentos. O objetivo da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 melhorar a efici\u00eancia, reduzir os custos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentar a vida \u00fatil em condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas vari\u00e1veis. centrais de energia solar. <\/p><p>O sal fundido FLiNaK, em particular, uma mistura de fluoreto de l\u00edtio (LiF), fluoreto de s\u00f3dio (NaF) e fluoreto de pot\u00e1ssio (KF), desempenha um papel
