Os g\u00e9is s\u00e3o formados pela liga\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada de pol\u00edmeros ou part\u00edculas coloidais, que formam uma rede tridimensional que envolve o l\u00edquido.  <\/p><p>Os g\u00e9is s\u00e3o <strong>fluidos n\u00e3o newtonianos<\/strong>, o que significa que as suas propriedades de fluxo n\u00e3o seguem as leis da viscosidade newtoniana cl\u00e1ssica. A cerca de 200 \u00b0C d\u00e1-se uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/pt-pt\/?p=103312\">\n  <strong>transi\u00e7\u00e3o de fase<\/strong>\n<\/a> das nanopart\u00edculas da estrutura ordenada para a estrutura amorfa de \u00f3xido de alum\u00ednio, que pode ser vista como um pequeno pico agudo. <\/p><p>Estes dois efeitos s\u00e3o reprodut\u00edveis e caracterizam bem o gel de
