W przypadku materia\u0142\u00f3w anizotropowych termicznie, takich jak struktury supersieciowe, teksturowane folie polikrystaliczne lub kryszta\u0142y anizotropowe, w kt\u00f3rych nale\u017cy r\u00f3wnie\u017c zmierzy\u0107 przewodno\u015b\u0107 ciepln\u0105 w p\u0142aszczy\u017anie, transport ciep\u0142a w p\u0142aszczy\u017anie mo\u017cna r\u00f3wnie\u017c zmierzy\u0107 za pomoc\u0105 tak zwanych metod missalignment. Aby odczyta\u0107 sygna\u0142 temperatury, laser o fali ci\u0105g\u0142ej (laser CW) jest u\u017cywany jako laser sonduj\u0105cy do rejestrowania lokalnego wzrostu temperatury. W zale\u017cno\u015bci od materia\u0142u zastosowanego w przetworniku (np. Au, Al lub Pt), nale\u017cy wybra\u0107 d\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 fali lasera sonduj\u0105cego (~473 nm do 532 nm lub 785 nm do 808 nm).   <\/p><p>Termin &#8222;termorefleksyjno\u015b\u0107&#8221; odnosi si\u0119 do faktu, \u017ce wsp\u00f3\u0142czynnik odbicia &#8222;R&#8221; folii metalowej zale\u017cy od jej temperatury &#8222;T&#8221;. Skutkuje to specyficznym dla materia\u0142u wsp\u00f3\u0142czynnikiem termorefleksji G = dR\/dT.
