Nella versione base &#8211; LSR-1 (LSR L32) &#8211; sia il coefficiente di Seebeck che la resistenza elettrica possono essere misurati in modo completamente automatico e simultaneo da -160\u00b0C a 200\u00b0C. Seebeck<\/strong>\n<\/a> utilizzando il gradient sweep e la regressione lineare.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/duennschichttechnik\/\">\n  <strong>Le pellicole sottili<\/strong>\n<\/a>Le pellicole sottili adatte alle misurazioni su LSR-1 (LSR L32) si possono trovare nella tecnologia dei semiconduttori, nella produzione di <a
