<strong>polietilene<\/strong>, ma hanno propriet\u00e0 diverse a causa delle differenze di produzione.<\/p><p>L&#8217;<strong>HDPE<\/strong> \u00e8 un tipo particolare di <strong>polietilene<\/strong> caratterizzato da un&#8217;elevata cristallinit\u00e0. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/it\/?p=100071\">\n  <strong>cristallinit\u00e0<\/strong>\n<\/a> che \u00e8 caratterizzata da una bassa percentuale di gruppi di ramificazione laterale sulle catene principali del polimero e dall&#8217;assenza di rami laterali lunghi.<\/p><p>Questo permette alle <strong>molecole di HDPE<\/strong> di essere disposte in una struttura ordinata e pseudo-cristallina, che conferisce al materiale le sue uniche propriet\u00e0 meccaniche. D&#8217;altra parte, il <strong>polietilene<\/strong> come classe di materiali viene prodotto in una gamma di densit\u00e0, con il grado e la forma di ramificazione laterale della catena polimerica che ne influenzano fortemente le propriet\u00e0. <\/p><p>Le differenze di produzione portano a densit\u00e0 diverse e a nomi commerciali e scientifici diversi per il <strong>polietilene<\/strong>, tra cui <strong>HDPE<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le differenze tra <strong>HDPE<\/strong> e <strong>polietilene<\/strong> in termini di propriet\u00e0 fisiche sono riassunte nella tabella Per quantificare con precisione la <strong>cristallinit\u00e0<\/strong>, lo speciale e brevettato<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/dsc-dynamische-differenz-kalorimetrie\/chip-dsc-l66-basic\/\">\n  <strong> chip DSC<\/strong>\n<\/a> pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per quantificare con precisione la cristallinit\u00e0.  <\/p><p>L&#8217;elevata <strong>cristallinit\u00e0 dell&#8217;HDPE<\/strong> si traduce in un&#8217;impressionante resistenza chimica e in un&#8217;elevata resistenza alla trazione. Queste caratteristiche derivano dalla sua particolare disposizione molecolare, che non solo conferisce al materiale forza ma anche una certa rigidit\u00e0. Un buon esempio \u00e8 il processo di estrusione per la produzione di bottiglie e contenitori. Durante questo processo, l&#8217;<g id=\"gid_0\">HDPE<\/g> viene riscaldato a circa 150\u00b0C &#8211; 160\u00b0C, cio\u00e8 vicino al suo punto di fusione, il che lo rende modellabile.
