Questa speciale architettura molecolare conferisce alle <g id=\"gid_1\">poliammidi<\/g> una forza impressionante e una flessibilit\u00e0 adattabile. \u00c8 proprio questa combinazione di propriet\u00e0 che viene apprezzata nell&#8217;industria tessile, ad esempio, per ottenere materiali resistenti ma confortevoli per applicazioni come l&#8217;abbigliamento da esterno.  <\/p><p>Le <strong>poliammidi<\/strong> sono caratterizzate da flessibilit\u00e0 e resistenza al calore. A seconda del tipo specifico, il loro <strong>punto di fusione<\/strong> pu\u00f2 variare da 180\u00b0C a ben 300\u00b0C. <\/p><p>Sono disponibili diversi strumenti per caratterizzare queste propriet\u00e0: La determinazione del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/it\/?p=100057\">\n  <strong>punto di fusione<\/strong>\n<\/a> viene spesso effettuata utilizzando un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/methoden\/dynamische-differenz-kalorimetrie\/\">\n  <strong>calorimetro dinamico differenziale<\/strong>\n<\/a><strong>DSC<\/strong> in breve, mentre il grado di <strong>cristallinit\u00e0<\/strong> e l&#8217;entalpia di fusione <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/it\/?p=100069\">\n  <strong>entalpia di fusione<\/strong>\n<\/a> con precisione con il brevettato<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/dsc-dynamische-differenz-kalorimetrie\/chip-dsc-l66-basic\/\">\n  <strong> chip DSC<\/strong>\n<\/a> \u00e8 possibile registrare il grado di cristallinit\u00e0 e l&#8217;entalpia di fusione. Una notevole resistenza alla temperatura \u00e8 gi\u00e0 evidente a 180\u00b0C, ma \u00e8 solo a temperature prossime ai 300\u00b0C che si parla di vera resistenza al calore. <\/p><p>Questa robustezza termica apre un&#8217;ampia gamma di applicazioni possibili per le <strong>poliammidi<\/strong>, soprattutto in ambienti difficili. I componenti in plastica dei motori dei veicoli ne sono un esempio lampante. Questi componenti devono resistere sia a temperature di esercizio estreme che a sollecitazioni meccaniche, la cui intensit\u00e0 e deformazione vengono analizzate da strumenti come l&#8217;analizzatore termomeccanico TMA. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/methoden\/thermomechanische-analyse\/\">\n  <strong>analizzatore termomeccanico TMA<\/strong>\n<\/a> o il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/methoden\/dilatometrie\/\">\n  <strong>dilatometro<\/strong>\n<\/a> possono essere determinati.  <\/p><p>Una delle <strong>poliammidi<\/strong> preferite per queste applicazioni impegnative \u00e8 la PA66. In particolare la <g id=\"gid_1\">\n  <g id=\"gid_2\">temperatura di transizione vetrosa<\/g>\n<\/g>che per le <g id=\"gid_3\">poliammidi<\/g> \u00e8 tipicamente compresa tra 40\u00b0C e 90\u00b0C, gioca un ruolo fondamentale. A questa temperatura, il materiale subisce un cambiamento significativo nelle sue propriet\u00e0 meccaniche: diventa pi\u00f9 morbido e flessibile.  <\/p><p>La <strong>temperatura di transizione vetrosa<\/strong> pu\u00f2 essere determinata anche con un <strong>chip DSC<\/strong>. Le fascette per cavi sono un esempio lampante di applicazione che sfrutta questo cambiamento. Non solo mantengono la loro forma a varie temperature, ma conservano anche una certa elasticit\u00e0. Questi numeri rappresentano il numero di atomi di carbonio dei monomeri da cui viene sintetizzata la <strong>poliammide<\/strong>. <\/p><p>La PA6, ad esempio, \u00e8 una <strong>poliammide<\/strong> ottenuta da un monomero con sei atomi di carbonio.
