rugosit\u00e0 della superficie \u00e8 inevitabile a causa dei processi di produzione e lavorazione, ma anche per le propriet\u00e0 intrinseche del materiale. Di conseguenza, non tutta la superficie dei due solidi \u00e8 in contatto diretto, ma solo una frazione e quindi non \u00e8 coinvolta nel trasferimento di calore. <br><br>Le cavit\u00e0 risultanti tra i solidi sono solitamente riempite di aria, un cattivo conduttore di calore. Il flusso di calore viene suddiviso in componenti solidi e fluidi e trattato separatamente. Nel percorso solido ci sono due resistenze collegate in serie. La parte che attraversa il fluido \u00e8 formata dall&#8217;aria racchiusa. Il calore viene trasportato in parallelo attraverso entrambi i canali, motivo per cui questo pu\u00f2 essere rappresentato come un circuito parallelo nel diagramma del circuito equivalente. Se si utilizza un tester TIM per misurare la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/it\/conoscenza\/impedenza-termica\/\">\n  <strong>impedenza termica<\/strong>\n<\/a> di un materiale per diversi spessori applicando un flusso di calore attraverso il campione. <\/p><p>Una linea retta crescente pu\u00f2 essere calcolata dai punti di misurazione usando la regressione lineare e la conducibilit\u00e0 termica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/startseite\/messgroessen\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/\">\n  <strong>conducibilit\u00e0 termica<\/strong>\n<\/a> pu\u00f2 essere determinata. L&#8217;intercetta della retta corrisponde alla resistenza termica di contatto tra il materiale e il blocco di misurazione. Il blocco di misurazione pu\u00f2, ad esempio, essere in ottone o in una lega di rame o alluminio. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/halbleiter-und-elektronik\/\">\n  <strong>lega di rame o alluminio<\/strong>\n<\/a> lega di alluminio.  <\/p><p>Un esempio di misurazione di questo tipo \u00e8 mostrato nella Figura 2.
