Le formule utilizzate contengono valori dei materiali determinati in modo puramente empirico che si limitano ad approssimare le propriet\u00e0 reali del mezzo. <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Anche le variabili del materiale dipendono dalla temperatura e cambiano durante i processi in esame. Per questo motivo, per ottenere risultati precisi, si utilizzano dispositivi di misurazione con sensori di flusso di calore. I sensori di flusso di calore sfruttano gli effetti termoelettrici.
