clearfix\"><p>La<b> spettrometria di massa (MS)<\/b> \u00e8 una tecnica analitica per misurare la massa di atomi o molecole. Nell&#8217;analisi termica, i campioni sono solitamente forniti sotto forma di composti gassosi, ad esempio per evaporazione da un materiale campione riscaldato. Gli spettri risultanti vengono utilizzati per determinare la firma elementare o isotopica di un campione, le masse di particelle e molecole e per chiarire le strutture chimiche delle molecole. La spettrometria di massa funziona ionizzando i composti chimici per creare molecole cariche o frammenti di molecole e misurando il loro rapporto massa\/carica ponendo le molecole cariche in un campo magnetico (quadrupolo) e monitorando la loro interazione.<\/p><p>Il QMS &#8211; Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer Coupling Device \u00e8 uno spettrometro di massa all&#8217;avanguardia con un sistema di ingresso riscaldato. Il QMS viene utilizzato per analizzare le decomposizioni volatili. Questo amplia notevolmente le opzioni di misurazione: ora \u00e8 possibile calibrare l&#8217;MS o l&#8217;FTIR. Il degassamento pu\u00f2 essere quantificato con precisione grazie a questo metodo.  <\/p><p><strong>MS-Sniffer<\/strong><\/p><p>A causa della limitata pressione di ingresso del MS, il gas campione deve essere prelevato dopo un regolatore di pressione (a pressione ambiente). Pertanto, \u00e8 possibile analizzare solo le sostanze che possono passare attraverso la trappola fredda. <\/p><p>Il degassamento dei campioni viene convogliato direttamente all&#8217;analizzatore QMS attraverso un&#8217;apertura molto piccola. Questa piccola apertura (o ugello) riduce la pressione nel contenitore pressurizzato alla pressione di ingresso consentita per il QMS. Poich\u00e9 questa apertura si trova nell&#8217;area calda del forno, non si pu\u00f2 verificare la condensazione dei gas in uscita. Poich\u00e9 tra l&#8217;apertura e la sorgente di ioni del QMS c&#8217;\u00e8 un vuoto di circa <sup> 1e-5<\/sup> mbar, la condensazione \u00e8 esclusa anche in quel punto.   <\/p><p>Lo sniffer si trova direttamente sopra il campione. I componenti della materia prima cemento sono Miscela di componenti ceramici (gesso, carbonato di calcio, ecc.) e componenti organici.<\/p><p><strong>Analisi con STA e QMS<\/strong><\/p><p>L&#8217;immagine mostra la termogravimetria simultanea (TGA) in combinazione con la calorimetria a scansione differenziale (DSC) e la spettroscopia di massa (MS). La spettrometria di massa permette di identificare i gas emessi dal materiale. La spettrometria di massa mostra picchi di H<sub>2<\/sub>O a basse temperature, probabilmente provenienti dal gesso. I picchi DSC e il segnale dello spettrometro di massa tra ~ 300 \u00b0C e 400 \u00b0C indicano la decomposizione dei componenti organici. Ilpicco di CO<sub>2<\/sub> a ~ 800 \u00b0C indica la decomposizione del CaCO3.
