Sono necessari legami molecolari polari nel campione.<\/li><li>Spettroscopia Raman: misurazione dei componenti di base del gas. \u00c8 possibile misurare anche molecole non polari come H<sub>2<\/sub> o N<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/li><li>ELIF: Excimer Laser Induced Fragmentation Fluorescence: metodo basato sul laser UV per misurare i composti alcalini gassosi (ad esempio NaCI, NaOH, KCI, KOH). \u00c8 possibile anche l&#8217;ingresso nello zaffiro UV a 193 nm.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Vantaggi della finestra ottica in situ:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Nessun raffreddamento\/modifica del gas campione (ad es. nessuna condensazione, nessuna reazione di transizione, nessuno spostamento dell&#8217;equilibrio)<\/li><li>Ora \u00e8 possibile misurare molti materiali con alte temperature di condensazione, ad esempio i metalli alcalini (Na, K e i loro composti).
