imballaggi elettronici stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importanti con l&#8217;aumento della densit\u00e0 di potenza di questi dispositivi. La gestione termica di questi sistemi complessi non \u00e8 banale e richiede una comprensione fondamentale di come i componenti e i materiali di interfaccia lavorano insieme per dissipare il calore. <\/p><p>Il nostro LINSEIS Thermal Interface Material Tester (TIM-Tester\/TIM L58) \u00e8 la soluzione perfetta per ottimizzare la gestione termica di questi sistemi complessi.<\/p><p>Il tester TIM misura l&#8217;impedenza termica dei materiali campione e determina la conducibilit\u00e0 termica apparente di una variet\u00e0 di materiali, dai composti liquidi e dalle paste ai solidi duri. L&#8217;approccio \u00e8 conforme allo standard ASTM D5470. <\/p><ul><li><strong>Regolazione automatica della pressione con attuatore elettrico (fino a 10 MPa)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Determinazione automatica dello spessore con LVDT ad alta risoluzione<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>I dispositivi funzionano secondo la norma ASTM interfaccia termica come fluidi termici, paste termoconduttrici (grassi), materiali a cambiamento di fase (PCM), saldature o conduttori di calore elastici vengono testati automaticamente applicando una pressione fino a 10 MPa (per campioni di \u00f8 25 mm) e una temperatura fino a 300<\/span><span title=\"\">\u00b0C sul lato caldo.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span title=\"\">L&#8217;interfaccia software consente il funzionamento automatico del dispositivo in un ampio intervallo di temperatura e pressione, mentre tutti i parametri del test vengono registrati in tempo reale.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Questo d\u00e0 all&#8217;utente la libert\u00e0 di esplorare completamente uno spazio di progettazione sperimentale per l&#8217;ottimizzazione dei materiali.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Il Questi includono composti liquidi come grassi, paste e materiali a cambiamento di fase. Questi materiali non mostrano alcun segno di comportamento elastico o tendenza a tornare alla loro forma originale una volta rimosse le sollecitazioni di deformazione.  <\/p><p><strong>Tipo II<\/strong><br>I solidi viscoelastici in cui le sollecitazioni di deformazione sono equalizzate dalle sollecitazioni interne del materiale, limitando cos\u00ec l&#8217;ulteriore deformazione. Ne sono un esempio i gel, le gomme morbide e dure. Questi materiali presentano propriet\u00e0 elastiche lineari con una deformazione significativa rispetto allo spessore del materiale.  <\/p><p><strong>Tipo III<\/strong><br>Solidi elastici con deflessione trascurabile.
