disponibile in commercio per determinare la cifra di merito termoelettrica ZT utilizzando una misurazione combinata laser-flash (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/elektrische-eigenschaft\/lsr-3\/\"><b>LSR<\/b><\/a><b> <\/b>+<b> <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/waermeleitfaehigkeit\/lfa-1000\/\"><b>LFA<\/b><\/a>) in un unico dispositivo.<\/p><p>Il dispositivo di misurazione pu\u00f2 quindi essere utilizzato per determinare la conducibilit\u00e0 termica in modo indipendente utilizzando il metodo flash, oltre che per misurare la resistenza elettrica e il coefficiente di Seebeck noti dall&#8217;LSR.<\/p><p>Il vantaggio \u00e8 quindi evidente: il design integrato consente di risparmiare spazio in laboratorio e costi superflui per la duplicazione dei forni, dell&#8217;elettronica di misura e di altre apparecchiature. Questo rende il misuratore LZT (LZT L33) la soluzione ideale per le applicazioni di ricerca e sviluppo in cui la produzione di campioni \u00e8 meno importante della qualit\u00e0 delle misure e dell&#8217;efficienza dei costi. Infatti, un&#8217;unica geometria a forma di disco \u00e8 del tutto sufficiente per la caratterizzazione completa dello ZT di un campione.<\/p><p>L&#8217;apparecchio \u00e8 disponibile anche con tre Lo ZT viene normalmente calcolato in base alla conduttivit\u00e0 termica ed elettrica e al coefficiente di Seebeck. Queste tre propriet\u00e0 vengono misurate separatamente e ogni misurazione presenta un certo errore.\n\nIl metodo Harman consente di misurare direttamente lo ZT con una sola misurazione: la tensione misurata, che si crea applicando una corrente a un materiale termoelettrico, \u00e8 composta da due contributi: la caduta di tensione ohmica e la tensione termoelettrica. Se si divide l&#8217;una per l&#8217;altra, si ottiene lo ZT.\n\nIl materiale di riferimento NIST (SRM 3451)\u2122 Bi<sub>2<\/sub>Te<sub>3<\/sub>in tellururo di bismuto \u00e8 stato analizzato con il metodo Harman in combinazione con la nostra piattaforma LINSEIS LSR. La misurazione mostra chiaramente la tipica distribuzione delle sollecitazioni in un singolo punto di misurazione della temperatura. Ha una resistenza chimica notevolmente elevata e viene utilizzata in diversi modi, ad esempio come materiale catodico, materiale da costruzione, componente di sensori e molto altro. Se riscaldato, reagisce con l&#8217;ossigeno formando monossido di carbonio o anidride carbonica, ma pu\u00f2 raggiungere temperature molto elevate se riscaldato in un ambiente inerte e privo di ossigeno. Per questo motivo, viene utilizzato nei forni ad altissima temperatura come materiale per forni o addirittura come elemento riscaldante.   <\/p><p>In questo esempio, un campione di grafite \u00e8 stato analizzato sotto vuoto con un LFA L52 (Laserflash Analyzer). La diffusivit\u00e0 termica \u00e8 stata misurata direttamente a diversi livelli di temperatura compresi tra la temperatura ambiente e 1100 \u00b0C. La capacit\u00e0 termica specifica \u00e8 stata determinata utilizzando uno standard di grafite noto in una seconda posizione del campione come riferimento nella stessa misurazione. Il prodotto di diffusivit\u00e0, calore specifico e densit\u00e0 fornisce la corrispondente conducibilit\u00e0 termica. Il risultato mostra una conducibilit\u00e0 termica tipicamente in diminuzione lineare e una diffusivit\u00e0 termica che presenta un plateau al di sopra dei 500 \u00b0C. Il Cp aumenta con l&#8217;aumentare della temperatura.
