Questo permette all&#8217;utente di determinare il modulo elastico e di flessione di quasi tutti i materiali. Originariamente progettato principalmente per applicazioni con i polimeri, il Linseis TMA PT 1600 (TMA L72) \u00e8 stato recentemente aggiornato per misurare materiali pi\u00f9 duri come leghe metalliche e metalli puri, utilizzando intervalli di forza fino a 20 N aumentando le dimensioni possibili del campione. Nell&#8217;applicazione qui sotto, un campione di nichel con una lunghezza di 8,4 mm, un diametro di 5,12 mm e uno spessore di 0,2 mm \u00e8 stato misurato con una forza statica di 500 mN e una forza sinusoidale fluttuante di 1 N in aggiunta. La curva blu mostra il movimento del campione come variazione di lunghezza causata dalla forza e la curva rossa mostra il modulo di elasticit\u00e0 risultante da questo test di flessione a 3 punti. Il test \u00e8 stato eseguito a 50 \u00b0C ed \u00e8 molto vicino ai dati della letteratura. Nella presente applicazione, due varianti storiche di mattoni sono state analizzate e confrontate con mattoni contemporanei simili in termini di espansione a diversi livelli di umidit\u00e0. Pertanto, i materiali sono stati prima misurati in modalit\u00e0 di espansione lineare utilizzando un Linseis TMA PT 1600 (TMA L72). Il risultato \u00e8 stato un&#8217;espansione lineare. Lo stesso esperimento \u00e8 stato poi ripetuto utilizzando un generatore di vapore acqueo per simulare un&#8217;umidit\u00e0 relativa del 35%. I campioni sono stati esposti a queste condizioni per 2 ore e poi \u00e8 stato determinato nuovamente il coefficiente di espansione in funzione della temperatura, mantenendo costante l&#8217;umidit\u00e0. Il risultato mostra un chiaro aumento del comportamento di espansione lineare dovuto al rigonfiamento del materiale. Questo effetto si verifica a qualsiasi umidit\u00e0 e deve essere considerato con attenzione quando si calcola l&#8217;espansione di questi materiali per ogni
