Lo <g id=\"gid_1\">STA HP L85<\/g> \u00e8 il risultato di 25 anni di esperienza nell&#8217;analisi termica ad alta pressione. Il microforno ad alta velocit\u00e0 di qualit\u00e0 superiore con una temperatura massima di 1200 \u00b0C, la microbilancia ad alta precisione &#8220;top-loading&#8221; e l&#8217;autentica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/it\/messgeraete\/analisi-termica\/sta-analisi-termica-simultanea\/\">\n  <strong>TG-DSC<\/strong>\n<\/a> (Termobilancia e Calorimetro Differenziale a Scansione) aprono nuove e inimmaginabili possibilit\u00e0 di misurazione. Il design del tavolo, il generatore di vapore opzionale e i vari sistemi di dosaggio del gas offrono la massima flessibilit\u00e0 possibile.   <\/p><p>L&#8217;unico STA combinato ad alta pressione (TG-DSC) al mondo con funzione di caricamento dall&#8217;alto. Per test fino a 1200 \u00b0C e fino a 150 bar in atmosfere reattive o inerti. <\/p><p>Facilmente sostituibile dall&#8217;utente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/messgeraete\/thermische-analyse\/tga-thermogravimetrie\/\">\n  <strong>TGA<\/strong>\n<\/a>&#8211; o TG-DSC plug-and-play. La termocoppia \u00e8 a diretto contatto con il campione. La configurazione della STA HP L85 elimina gli errori di misurazione della temperatura dovuti alla distanza tra il campione e la termocoppia (a differenza di una bilancia a levitazione magnetica).  <br>Il microforno ad alta velocit\u00e0 consente di riscaldare e raffreddare rapidamente (fino a 300\u00b0C\/min di riscaldamento controllato e fino a 150\u00b0C\/min di raffreddamento).<\/p><p>Il volume molto ridotto del forno consente di cambiare rapidamente il gas. Inoltre, il volume ridotto riduce drasticamente i costi di esercizio (consumo di gas \/ fabbisogno energetico). <\/p><p>Dosaggio flessibile dei gas e design di sicurezza: le unit\u00e0 di dosaggio dei gas possono essere personalizzate in base alle tue esigenze. Il numero di gas \u00e8 liberamente selezionabile (3 gas di serie, pi\u00f9 o meno gas su richiesta). Sono disponibili anche un generatore di vapore opzionale e un sistema di evacuazione automatica e di sicurezza per gas come idrogeno e idrocarburi. Questo processo, in cui il carbone viene riscaldato in un&#8217;atmosfera di vapore acqueo, viene utilizzato in alcuni processi catalitici, ad esempio per rimuovere il monossido di carbonio (CO) dai gas di scarico e, in particolare, per estrarre preziosi composti organici da risorse come il carbone o la biomassa.<\/p><p>L<strong>&#8216;intero processo pu\u00f2 essere descritto come segue:<\/strong><br \/>Il carbone o le parti carboniose della biomassa reagiscono a temperature pi\u00f9 elevate (C + H<sub>2<\/sub>OCO + H<sub>2<\/sub>) con il vapore acqueo per formare una miscela di monossido di carbonio e idrogeno. Questo processo pu\u00f2 avvenire con o senza ossigeno aggiuntivo. Se si utilizza un&#8217;atmosfera contenente ossigeno, si ottiene anche monossido di carbonio secondo la formula (C + O<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>2<\/sub>, seguito da C +CO<sub>2<\/sub> 2 CO).<\/p><p>La terza equazione mostra, indipendentemente dall&#8217;utilizzo di ossigeno, la reazione del monossido di carbonio con l&#8217;acqua per ottenere altro idrogeno (CO + H<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>CO2<\/sub> + H<sub>2<\/sub>). Alla fine si ottiene una miscela di monossido di carbonio e idrogeno. Questi due gas sono coinvolti negli equilibri chimici e per questo a volte \u00e8 interessante sapere anche la pressione presente nel sistema, in quanto la pressione determina il lato dell&#8217;equazione in cui si trova l&#8217;equilibrio.<\/p><p>Dopo tutto, lo scopo della gassificazione del carbone \u00e8 quello di produrre metanolo e metano dai due gas risultanti, il monossido di carbonio e l&#8217;idrogeno (CO + 2 H<sub>2<\/sub> CH<sub>3<\/sub>OH; CH<sub>3<\/sub>OH+ H<sub>2<\/sub> CH<sub>4<\/sub>). Ci\u00f2 significa che \u00e8 possibile utilizzare questo processo per passare da qualsiasi tipo di carbonio al mattone di base di quasi tutti i composti organici (prodotti farmaceutici, polimeri, oli, cere, acidi grassi, acidi organici e cos\u00ec via).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fce5c39 e-con-full e-flex
