materiali semiconduttori. Sono in grado di determinare la costante di Hall e la resistenza specifica, nonch\u00e9 la concentrazione dei portatori di carica e la mobilit\u00e0 di Hall dei campioni che ne derivano. L&#8217;unit\u00e0 base da tavolo \u00e8 disponibile in varie configurazioni, che possono essere dotate di diversi portacampioni per soddisfare le diverse geometrie dei campioni e i requisiti di temperatura.  <\/p><p>Un&#8217;estensione opzionale a bassa temperatura per l&#8217;utilizzo di azoto liquido e una versione ad alta temperatura fino a 800\u00b0C garantiscono la copertura di tutte le aree di applicazione possibili. Gli elettromagneti permanenti e integrati forniscono campi magnetici fissi o variabili fino a quasi un Tesla. Il software associato, completo e basato su Windows\u00a9, consente di registrare in modo semplice le curve I-V e I-R, nonch\u00e9 di misurare e valutare la mobilit\u00e0 di Hall, la conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica e la concentrazione dei portatori di carica.  <\/p><p>I sistemi Linseis HCS (HCS L36) possono misurare un&#8217;ampia variet\u00e0 di materiali, tra cui Si, SiGe, SiC, GaAs, InGaAs, InP, GaN (tipo N e tipo P), nonch\u00e9 strati metallici, ossidi metallici e molti altri.
