Sono state utilizzate diverse concentrazioni, che rappresentano rispettivamente diverse masse di lisozima analizzate. Il crogiolo di riferimento \u00e8 stato riempito con lo stesso volume di tampone PHB. L&#8217;Ultimate DSC \u00e8 stato programmato per eseguire una rampa di temperatura da 40\u00b0C a 95\u00b0C a 1\u00b0C\/min. I termogrammi ottenuti sono mostrati a destra.    <\/p><p>L&#8217;Ultimate DSC permette di misurare l&#8217;entalpia e la temperatura di denaturazione del lisozima utilizzando da 5 a 10 campioni in meno rispetto agli strumenti attualmente disponibili. Ogni termogramma \u00e8 stato ottenuto in meno di 60 minuti, consentendo un&#8217;analisi rapida. Tra i 50 e gli 80 \u00b5l di queste soluzioni sono stati messi in crogioli di misurazione crimpati. Le corrispondenti masse di RNasi analizzate variavano da 10 a 200 \u00b5g. Il crogiolo di riferimento \u00e8 stato riempito con lo stesso volume di soluzione tampone. Il DSC Ultimate \u00e8 stato programmato per eseguire una rampa di temperatura da 20 a 95\u00b0C a 1\u00b0C\/min. I termogrammi ottenuti sono mostrati qui sopra.       <\/p><p>L&#8217;Ultimate DSC permette di misurare l&#8217;entalpia e la temperatura di denaturazione della RNasi bovina utilizzando quantit\u00e0 comprese tra 200 e 10 \u00b5g, per volumi di campione compresi tra 50 e 80 \u00b5l. I volumi di campione utilizzati sono da 5 a 10 volte inferiori a quelli normalmente richiesti dagli strumenti attualmente in commercio, che richiedono tra i 350 e i 1000 \u00b5l. Ogni termogramma \u00e8 stato ottenuto in meno di 60 minuti, consentendo di effettuare rapidamente molte analisi. L&#8217;Ultimate DSC consente di risparmiare grandi quantit\u00e0 di campione e di operare pi\u00f9 rapidamente. \u00c8 disponibile anche una versione automatizzata dell&#8217;Ultimate DSC.
