href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/applikationen\/metalle-und-legierungen\/\" data-auto-event-observed=\"true\">\n  <b>industria metallurgica<\/b>\n<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Grazie ai forni intercambiabili in modo flessibile, il dilatometro copre un&#8217;ampia gamma di temperature, da RT a 1000\u00b0C, 1400\u00b0C e 1600\u00b0C. I sistemi di misurazione sono realizzati in vetro di quarzo (fino a 1100\u00b0C) o in <sub>Al2O3<\/sub> (fino a 1600\u00b0C). <\/p>\n<p>Il sensore \u00e8 un LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) con la massima precisione e una risoluzione infinitamente variabile. In combinazione con il nostro software LINSEIS, il dilatometro offre una soluzione eccellente per la misurazione del CTE nel controllo qualit\u00e0 standard. <\/p>\n<p>Il dispositivo consente di rammollimento<\/strong><\/p><p>Per misurare un campione di vetro fino al punto di rammollimento, nel programma di misurazione del software \u00e8 possibile impostare una funzione che interrompe il riscaldamento quando viene raggiunto il punto di rammollimento. L&#8217;impostazione pu\u00f2 essere specificata in \u00b5m o in % della variazione di lunghezza. Se il valore impostato della rampa di misurazione viene superato a causa della deformazione causata dal rammollimento del materiale, il programma passa alla rampa successiva, in cui, ad esempio, viene programmato il raffreddamento o il riscaldamento viene spento automaticamente. In questo modo \u00e8 possibile misurare automaticamente il punto di rammollimento senza intervento manuale e allo stesso tempo proteggere il portacampioni.
