L70) apre nuove aree di applicazione nell&#8217;analisi termica. Il sistema \u00e8 in grado di misurare le variazioni di lunghezza in un intervallo di temperatura compreso tra RT e 1100\/1400\/1800\u00b0C e in un intervallo di pressione fino a 100\/150 bar. Questo rende il dispositivo l&#8217;unico dilatometro ad alta pressione disponibile al mondo. Come opzioni sono disponibili un generatore di vapore acqueo e controlli complessi dei gas.   <\/p><p>Per ottenere ulteriori informazioni sul tuo campione, puoi naturalmente accoppiare il dispositivo di misurazione con uno spettrometro di massa (QMS) o un sistema FTIR in qualsiasi momento per analizzare i gas di scarico. Questo accoppiamento viene realizzato grazie a concetti hardware e software appositamente integrati da LINSEIS. termica \/ RCS \/ Sinterizzazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La simulazione dei processi di sinterizzazione \u00e8 di grande interesse nei processi di produzione delle ceramiche high-tech. \u00c8 molto importante conoscere la velocit\u00e0 e la temperatura di sinterizzazione ideale. Oltre alla simulazione, la misurazione e l&#8217;ottimizzazione sperimentale delle condizioni di sinterizzazione \u00e8 una tecnica spesso utilizzata. Utilizzando il pacchetto software opzionale RCS (Rate Controlled Sintering), \u00e8 possibile programmare una sinterizzazione controllata con un dilatometro secondo la teoria PALMOUR III. La seguente applicazione mostra il processo di sinterizzazione di corpi verdi <sub>di ZrO2<\/sub>, una tipica materia prima ceramica.    <\/p>\n<p>In questo esperimento, la velocit\u00e0 di sinterizzazione \u00e8 stata definita dal software RCS e programmata in modo da essere mantenuta costante. La curva rossa mostra la temperatura del campione e quindi la velocit\u00e0 di riscaldamento. Le curve blu e verde mostrano la variazione di lunghezza, mentre la curva viola \u00e8 la derivata della variazione di lunghezza. Il campione \u00e8 stato riscaldato in modo lineare in un dilatometro orizzontale L76 (DIL L76 Horizontal). Dopo 50 minuti, \u00e8 iniziato il processo di sinterizzazione a circa 900 \u00b0C. Il software RCS ha aumentato la velocit\u00e0 di riscaldamento per ottenere una sinterizzazione lineare fino a quando la velocit\u00e0 di sinterizzazione \u00e8 diminuita significativamente dopo circa 60 minuti. Le propriet\u00e0 meccaniche del ferro lo rendono un materiale ideale per tutti questi scopi. \u00c8 molto duro, stabile, facile da maneggiare e pu\u00f2 essere forgiato a fuoco aperto. La maggior parte degli acciai contiene altri metalli e carbonio in quantit\u00e0 variabili, che conferiscono loro molte propriet\u00e0 come il colore, la durezza, la resistenza chimica e molto altro. Naturalmente, il ferro \u00e8 uno dei materiali pi\u00f9 conosciuti e l&#8217;analisi del ferro e degli acciai \u00e8 pi\u00f9 o meno una delle applicazioni pi\u00f9 comuni dell&#8217;analisi termica.     <\/p><p>Questa misurazione illustra l&#8217;espansione termica lineare (rel. \u0394L &#8211; curva rossa) e il coefficiente di espansione termica CTE (curva blu) del campione di ferro in atmosfera di argon. La velocit\u00e0 di riscaldamento era di 5 K\/min. Al di sopra dei 736,3 \u00b0C (CTE massimo), si osserva un restringimento, dovuto a un effetto di cambiamento di fase noto anche come punto di Curie.
