La conducibilit\u00e0 termica del campione diminuisce leggermente nell&#8217;intervallo di temperatura misurato, passando da 0,61 W\/mK a 0,59 W\/mK. Il latte in polvere ha quindi una bassa conducibilit\u00e0 termica, dato che la conducibilit\u00e0 termica dell&#8217;acqua a temperatura ambiente \u00e8 di 0,60 W\/mK.
