class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong>, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de <strong>polystyrol<\/strong>, est un polym\u00e8re tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu produit par polym\u00e9risation du styr\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau transparent, rigide et cassant qui se pr\u00e9sente sous diff\u00e9rentes formes, telles que le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPS)<\/strong> et le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne extrud\u00e9 (XPS)<\/strong>. Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> est couramment utilis\u00e9 dans les emballages, les isolants, les conteneurs et d&rsquo;autres produits de la vie courante.<\/p>\n<p>Il est r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau, chimiquement inerte et r\u00e9sistant aux acides et aux bases, mais sensible aux solvants organiques.\nLa production commerciale de <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> a d\u00e9but\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1930 et il est fabriqu\u00e9 et transform\u00e9 dans le monde entier. <\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>PSE<\/strong>, une forme de <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong>, est fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9 dans l&#8217;emballage, l&rsquo;isolation et la construction.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a04fb3 class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3a894e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3a894e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> existe sous deux formes principales : le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>atactique<\/strong> et le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>syndiotactique<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>atactique<\/strong> est amorphe, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas de structure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et ordonn\u00e9e et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est donc pas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/cristallisation-et-recristallisation-des-polymeres\/\"><strong>cristallin<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong><strong>syndiotactique<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 lui, pr\u00e9sente une structure tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et ordonn\u00e9e, avec des groupes ph\u00e9nyles alternant sur le squelette de carbone lin\u00e9aire.<br \/>Cette r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 permet aux mol\u00e9cules de s&rsquo;agglom\u00e9rer facilement en cristaux, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation d&rsquo;une structure cristalline.<\/p><p>La <strong>cristallinit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>du<\/strong> polystyr\u00e8ne <strong>syndiotactique<\/strong> se traduit par une<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/point-de-fusion-cristallisation-et-transition-vitreuse-des-polymeres\/\"><strong> temp\u00e9rature de fusion<\/strong> <\/a>plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une plus grande rigidit\u00e9 par rapport au <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>atactique<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Toutefois, il est important de noter qu&rsquo;aucun polym\u00e8re n&rsquo;est enti\u00e8rement cristallin, car un polym\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement cristallin serait trop fragile pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme plastique.<br \/>La pr\u00e9sence de r\u00e9gions amorphes dans les polym\u00e8res, y compris le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong>, leur conf\u00e8re une certaine t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, leur permettant de se plier sans se rompre et d&rsquo;absorber de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80d22bb elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-size-default\">Le point de fusion du polystyr\u00e8ne<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3112811 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3112811\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> est un polym\u00e8re thermoplastique qui existe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, mais qui fond lorsqu&rsquo;il est chauff\u00e9 pour \u00eatre fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 ou extrud\u00e9.<\/p><p>Le <strong>point de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> <strong>du<\/strong> <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> varie en fonction de sa forme et de sa structure. Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>isotactique<\/strong>, qui a une structure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, a une <strong>temp\u00e9rature<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> d&rsquo;environ 240\u00b0C, tandis que le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>syndiotactique<\/strong>, qui a \u00e9galement une structure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, a une <strong>temp\u00e9rature de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, d&rsquo;environ 270\u00b0C.<br \/>Ce point de fusion peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/dsc-differential-scanning-calorimetry\/\"><strong>calorim\u00e8tre dynamique \u00e0 balayage diff\u00e9rentiel (DSC)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0qui permet de d\u00e9terminer avec pr\u00e9cision la temp\u00e9rature de fusion et d&rsquo;autres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p><p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong><strong>amorphe<\/strong>, qui n&rsquo;a pas de structure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, ne fond pas \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifique mais se ramollit progressivement autour de 100\u00b0C, appel\u00e9e <strong>temp\u00e9rature de<\/strong> <strong>transition<\/strong> <strong>vitreuse<\/strong>.<br \/>Ces diff\u00e9rences de <strong>temp\u00e9rature de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;arrangement mol\u00e9culaire et \u00e0 la <strong>cristallinit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>du<\/strong> <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> pur est incolore, dur et peu flexible.<br \/>Il peut \u00eatre moul\u00e9 dans des formes aux d\u00e9tails fins et peut \u00eatre transparent ou fabriqu\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rentes couleurs.<br \/>Il est \u00e9conomique et est utilis\u00e9 dans la production de maquettes en plastique, de cadres de plaques d&rsquo;immatriculation, de couverts en plastique, de bo\u00eetiers de CD, dans le mod\u00e9lisme, comme mat\u00e9riau alternatif pour les disques, et dans de nombreux autres articles pour lesquels un plastique relativement rigide et rentable est souhait\u00e9.<\/p><p>Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> peut se pr\u00e9senter sous forme solide ou sous forme de mousse.<br \/>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> est transparent, dur et cassant.<br \/>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sine peu co\u00fbteuse par unit\u00e9 de poids et son <strong>point de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> est relativement bas.<br \/>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des mati\u00e8res plastiques les plus utilis\u00e9es, dont la production s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 plusieurs millions de tonnes par an.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bbe709 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"0bbe709\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/CD-Huellen-aus-PS-1024x576.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-7836\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/CD-Huellen-aus-PS-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/CD-Huellen-aus-PS-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/CD-Huellen-aus-PS-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/CD-Huellen-aus-PS.png 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8abd24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f8abd24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le point de fusion du polystyr\u00e8ne<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3691d64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3691d64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La <strong>stabilit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>thermique<\/strong> <strong>du<\/strong> <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> d\u00e9pend de sa structure et de sa composition. Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>pur<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas stable \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et a tendance \u00e0 subir une d\u00e9composition thermique.<\/p><p>Toutefois, la <strong>stabilit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>thermique<\/strong> peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par l&rsquo;ajout de stabilisateurs. Le <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> <strong>isotactique<\/strong>, qui a une structure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus stable thermiquement que le polystyr\u00e8ne amorphe.<\/p><p>La <strong>stabilit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>thermique<\/strong> <strong>du<\/strong> <strong>polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes, notamment une <strong>puce DSC<\/strong> <strong>(<\/strong> <strong>Chip-DSC<\/strong> <strong>)<\/strong> ou une m\u00e9thode <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/analyse-thermique\/tga-thermogravimetrie\/\"><strong>analyse thermogravim\u00e9trique<\/strong> <strong>thermogravim\u00e9trique<\/strong> <strong>(TGA)<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/produits\/analyse-thermique\/sta-simultaneous-thermal-analysis\/sta-l82\/\"><strong>STA<\/strong> <strong>PT<\/strong> <strong>L82<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>La <strong>m\u00e9thode<\/strong> <strong>DSC<\/strong> mesure la quantit\u00e9 de chaleur absorb\u00e9e ou lib\u00e9r\u00e9e par un mat\u00e9riau lors d&rsquo;une augmentation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de la temp\u00e9rature, ce qui permet de d\u00e9terminer les <strong>points de<\/strong> <strong>fusion<\/strong> <strong>et de<\/strong> <strong>ramollissement<\/strong> et d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier les transitions de phase et les r\u00e9actions.<br \/>La <strong>m\u00e9thode<\/strong> <strong>TGA<\/strong> mesure le changement de poids d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la <strong>stabilit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>thermique<\/strong> et les
