href=\"https:\/\/www.linseis.com\/fr\/connaissance\/cristallisation-et-recristallisation-des-polymeres\/\"><strong>cristallinit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/a>qui r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;une faible proportion de diff\u00e9rentiel dynamique<\/strong>, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 <strong>DSC<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ce mat\u00e9riau convient donc parfaitement \u00e0 diverses m\u00e9thodes de fabrication industrielle.<br \/>Le processus d&rsquo;extrusion pour la production de bouteilles et de conteneurs en est un bon exemple.<br \/>Au cours de ce processus, le <strong>PEHD<\/strong> est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;environ 150\u00b0C \u00e0 160\u00b0C, proche de son point de fusion, ce qui le rend mall\u00e9able.<br \/>Il est ensuite souffl\u00e9 dans un moule et refroidi pour prendre sa forme finale.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette plage de temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifique, le <strong>PEHD<\/strong> conserve une robustesse et une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es au cours de ce traitement &#8211; des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s particuli\u00e8rement essentielles pour l&#8217;emballage de produits de nettoyage ou d&rsquo;huiles de
